    This 34 year old had an abominoplasty after multiple children caused her to have extra skin, muscle weakness and a rectangular shape. A full drainless tummy tuck with muscle repair was performed with the primary goals of improving her shape and skin excess. She did remarkably well and her 3 month postop photos are shown.
