51 year old woman seeking breast augmentation revision and breast lift

This is a 51-year old patient who was referred to us by her breast physician as she was unhappy with her previous breast augmentation procedure. She underwent breast augmentation surgery five years ago but has never been happy with the position of her implants and feels as though they are not symmetric with the right side being higher than the left side. She also feels as though the low left side has caused her breast to droop and sag. Dr. Stridde performed a breast re-augmentation procedure as well as a mastopexy procedure in which her old saline implants were removed and replaced with new saline implants. She received 400 cc on the right and 380 cc on the left.
