    Rhinoplasty with thick nasal skin in a 20 year old young lady. Thick skin presents a challenge in rhinoplasty. It can be difficult to get sharp definition in the tip. Strategically placed cartilage grafts in the tip of the nose can give the desired improvement in definition.
