    49 year old woman requested revision of her abdominoplasty done 8 years ago. She had loose skin and a high scar, excess fullness of the pubic mons. Revision with high-lateral tension abdominoplasty was done. The abdominal flap was reattached to the fascia with progressive tension and quilting sutures, so no drains were required. Picture is 4 months post-op
