This 59 year old is 3 months out from her multi-level facial rejuvenation surgery. She underwent an extended deep plane face and neck lift to lift her jowls and improve her nasolabial folds. She also had a deep neck lift with platysmaplasty to contour and tighten the neck. Due to her severely descended and asymmetric brows, she was constantly keeping her eyebrows in an elevated position. This was making her forehead creases etched into her skin and she was unable to tolerate botox due to her need to keep her muscles contracted upwards. To correct this she underwent endoscopic brow lift to reposition her brows. As a finishing touch, we performed a medium-depth chemical peel to improve fine lines and previous sun damage. She is thrilled with her early results which will only continue to improve with time.
