    52 y.o. Caucasian female wanting more curves in the gluteal area: She is thin and athletic built and does not have enough fat for a BBL. A combination of both gluteal implants (375 cc) and fat grafting (600 cc per side) was performed; this technique gives the best of both worlds: the permanent projection from the implant and the softness and natural fill needed on the lateral butt.
