25-34 year old woman treated with Butt Augmentation

This patient was unhappy with the size of her buttocks.  She underwent bilateral Buttock Augmentation with Implants.  A 460 cc implant was placed in the subfascial position bilaterally.  This procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 4 hours.  She was discharged to home after spending an hour in our recovery room.

37 year old female who had liposuction of the back and abdomen with fat transfer to the buttocks. Liposuction was performed using Vaser and Power Assisted Liposuction. A total of 3.5 Liters was removed with 1 liter from the lower back. 750cc's was placed in each buttock. The patient's height is 5 foot 3 inches. Her weight was 134 lbs. She has two children.

This woman in her mid-thirties wanted to enhance the appearance of her abdomen, flanks, and buttocks, but did not want to proceed with a tummy tuck currently. She and Dr. Howell discussed her options, and she chose to have liposuction of the abdomen and flanks with BBL (fat) injections to the buttocks. She has been very happy with her contour results and is pictured before and three months after surgery.

before and after BBL: This patient wanted a rounder butt with more projection. When doing a BBL I always prioritize shape over size. I call the technique a skinny BBL. Some surgeons simply add as much fat as possible emphasizing size over shape. This is not a good idea as it does not age well and creates an unnatural result.
