    42 year old woman had had 2 children and wanted larger breasts. Because she had fairly small, involuted breasts and wanted to minimize upper fullness and keep a more natural shape, she opted for shaped silicone implants. 275 cc Classic Shaped Sientra silicone gel implants were placed through an inframammary incision.
