    Although lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty, cheeklift, and canthopexy) would have improved her situation much more, patient was fearful of surgery and opted for carbon dioxide laser treatment of eyelid skin instead. Smoothing of skin surface without significant contour change illustrates effect of carbon dioxide laser skin treatment.
