Female Tip Rhinoplasty

The patient didn’t like the bulbous appearance of the tip of her nose and the droop when she smiled. The tip was narrowed, the “ball” in the tip feminized, and the nose shortened while being made more triangular. The end result is more pleasing to the eye and more in balance with her face.
