    This lady had a rhinoplasty several years in the past with another surgeon. She presented to me with the overresected dorsum, pollybeak deformity, and hanging tip with poor support. Revision rhinoplasty was performed via an open approach, her tip was refined, and her dorsum was rebuilt. The after photo is taken at her 3 year follow up and shows persistence of correction and lasting results.
