24 year old breast implant revision

This 24 year old woman had prior submuscular saline breast augmentation with 550 cc implants. She was unhappy with the unnatural appearance, the large size of her nipple areolar complexes and the spacing between the breasts. She opted for larger silicone gel filled implants with a donut mastopexy (circumareolar) to help lift the nipples somewhat and reduce the size of the areola.
