    22 year old Female with a lifelong history of round cheeks. She was interested in buccal fat removal to refine her cheek contour. She also had a prominent jaw shape and was a great candidate for Jaw Slimming Botox/Dysport, which was performed the week prior to surgery. She underwent surgical Buccal Fat Removal with an excellent result and was back to her usual routine that same evening.
