I had a breast gland excision without liposuction 3 weeks ago. I was lean enough to not need lipo (6.5% bodyfat on dexa scan). Since then I've put on 35 lb of weight even though I've been carefully counting calories, eating almost zero carbs and very little sodium. I accounted for no activity in all of my measurements. Is it normal to have this much water weight at this time? I've been...

IDK if this is the right forum, but I've come across a couple mentions of deoxycholic acid on the chest, but I'm more curious about anyone that's had it and the result/opinion on overall experience and result. Thank you

Hallo,Since my puberty I have suffered from an enlarged male breast. I have observed that my breasts have become significantly larger, especially within the last months. This could also be related to an increase in weight, which however has now returned to normal weight. Unfortunately the breast is still enlarged. Recently I have also noticed a hypersensitivity of the breast. It is a kind of...

Hi all, i am new here. I am a 39 year old male who used to be overweight until i ran it off when i turned 23. I have been thin since but my man boobs have never gone away. I have been lifting weights since my early 20’s so my chest is more defined but the enlarged breasts remain. I eat healthy an live and active lifestyle and i still cannot get rid of my chest fat. I would prefer not to do l...

Did any of you seriously think “wtf have I done?” Day 8 post op. I feel like Frankenstein’s ugly little brother. I’m having a lot of fluid retention in my hips, thighs, ankles and legs. I had amazing quads, calves - well legs over all. Now there’s hardly any muscle definition - and even before losing 204 pounds prior to this surgery I had ankles - nope. No ankles to see here. Is this normal? H...

I am interested in getting Gynecomastia surgery in Prague, and have been speaking with Dr. Vrbicky.  He's been extremely responsive and seems very knowledgable.  Has anyone ever had a procedure with this doctor?

Gland removal and fat tissue removal. I don't want to be out down or pay more that 3 grand.

Does anyone in UK know how to get the blood tests done free on NHS so I don't have to pay for it privately?

Left pec has a pretty noticeable indentation as well as more scar tissue. Can this be solved by building muscle? or is fat grafting/fat flaps my only alternative?

It's a big decision so I've been researching doctors and reading reviews for months. Is there a resource that can be queried to find out what surgeons are truly Gynecomastia specialists? The doctors who advertise it as part of their practice but only do a few a year, are very misleading. Who does everyone stand in line to go to?

Doing research on gynaecomastia surgery available in DFW. Not currently at ideal weight but have had an issue with it even at my thinnest. Ms one offer financing?

I'm currently at the stage of 30 day after gyno surgery .I developed a significant hematoma on the left side of my chest immediately after my surgery which spread to reach my hipsThe hematoma has been mainly been absorbed except for the source which was 6 cm nice the nipple. The hematoma has hardened and it is hard to massage and made my left chest slightly protrude. Is there a chance it will...

Looks like I MAY have to have the open type due to sagging skin. I've seen some photos of post op, but typically no more that a month or two out. Wondering what the long term results are on those type of incisions. thanks

Hi Guys,   Is there anyone out there that had a Gynecomastia or any surgery done by Dr Thomas Cruise and is not happy with the results? I did it last year and he messed it up really bad. I was wondering is that an exception or has it happened to someone else also? I would really appreciate any comment.   Bob

Hi, Recently I had gynecomastia surgery. It past almost 2 weeks and my wounds are still open. Cut is very strange And a nipple is inside

I have not seen any pics of peoples successful crator deformity fixes do the look good flexed? unflexed? does the fat disappear over time is it lumpy??

There seems to be lots of people including myself with crator deformity and everyone seems to suggest fat grafting has anyone actually had success with this??

I had this surgery done two weeks ago. One doctor considered my gyno to be Grade 4, and recommended I go with the more more invasive cutting procedure that would leave a lot of scarring. Frankly, I was terrified to think that I’d trade one self-conscious fear for another, so I got a second (and third) opinion who both disagreed with the first.
