Hi, I'm a guy with some body hair on my tummy. I just had sculpsure done on my lower abs yesterday. Just before the procedure the technician told me that it's fine to just leave the hair there, since it was going to make me feel just a little more heat. During the procedure I started with intensity level 1 and it was so painful to me that I could tolerate only 1.15. I came back home, did some research, and found that although some docs say it's fine to leave the hair there, some strongly recommend that the patients shave before the procedure as the company's guideline says that it could interfere with Sculpsure's efficiency. I felt that if the technician had told me to shave the hair, I might have been able to tolerate higher intensity level and get better results (not to mention no inteferance with the laser). Anybody had the procedure done without hair removal and see good results? Should I go back to the Clinic to negotiate and redo it, since they made false recommendation that doesn't align with the company's guideline? Thank you!
