I need info

So when I was 15 or 16 I was attacked in school and my nose was broken. It was pushed over to the left side of my face quite a bit and it was left by the doctors to heal like that. I remember the doctor telling me if after my 18th birthday I had any problems with it I should consult my GP for further action. I am now 20 and have a lot of people pointing out that I have a funny looking nose. My breathing down the right side of my nose is limited to what I would say is 60-70% and is very irritating. this is something I am very self conscious about and I feel it changes the whole look of my face as my wonky nose changes the whole alig
Is it even worth mentioning this to my GP to try and get Rhinoplasty done under the NHS or would I not stand a chance? I would probably greatly consider going private if I couldn't, however id love to save £5,000, especially since this was originally done because of a huge misunderstanding!
The photo I added was probably one of the better photos i've taken, however if you look carefully you can see my nose is way off. I am a little too self conscious to post a photo where you can see it more.
Thanks for your help and time spent reading this!
