Hi All - I received Restalyne injections in my tear troughs by an (alleged) experienced board-certified oculoplastic surgeon injector over a month ago. It was a waste of money, as it didn't help my issue and now I have additional issues to deal with. Once the swelling subsided, my right tear trough is displaying some irregular contours and an obvious bump. I suspect the injector did not inject deeply enough. After a lot of back and forth with him, doing the things he suggested like massage and warm compresses, he admitted he may have injected too shallowly, and said he could try dissolving the raised areas. After reading all the horrible things about hyaluronidase, I'm a bit terrified to proceed with this. Has anyone had any luck with home remedies that might reduce the Restalyne more safely without resorting to hyaluronidase? Thank you!
