Alright so I have done 3 areas (mid-abdomen, lower/side abdomen and outer thighs) on the persistent fleshy areas that are not going away. I started mid-January. Each area has had 2 treatments total. I am planning a third treatment on each area, starting next month. Finally got brave enough to hit the beach (out of the country where nobody knew me, LOL) in a string bikini.Some thoughts - Compression garments/ girdles after treatments made a huge difference in keeping pain, inflammation down for me- I saw the biggest improvements in the ab area, but my thighs need more work for sure.- Getting 2 areas (middle and lower/side abs done) within my abdomen - produced better results
