This forum has been very helpful to me, all kind of subjects we can read here and lots of them are very helpful. However I cannot see any subject related to the complication of rhinoplasty like: chronic rhinitis or sinus problems. Please write any post, i would love to know your experiences. Mine is very mysterious 樂 I had two rhinoplasties, I was happy with the outcome, but I couldn't breathe. So I was persuaded by some ENT doctor that he has solution for me: septoplasty (didn't know that septum was crooked, didn't bother me)+sinus surgery (again I was suprised -it' s the first time I hear that I have sinus problems)+turbines reduction (WTF). Anyway I believed that this was solution to my breathing problems. Only later I learnt that I have interior and exterior valves collapse. The surgery was a complete disaster. My nose collapsed-I have saddle nose now and, on top of that, my tip disappeared. Really. I'm going to medical, non-plastic surgery and woke up to the half nose. Oh, and I still cannot breathe. But the worst are those strange rinusitis which I have almost all the time. It's like I m sick, but I m not sick. Don't have any particular symptoms anyway. But inside all upper respiratory way are like inflamed:I feel ear pressure/pain all the time, sorethroat, headache, general tiredness. It lasts few days. I go to the ENT, he checks me up and he says that I'm fine, then I' m coming again to the doctor saying that I mfeeling bad. Doctor doesn't know, gives sprays, antinflammatory meds and nothing works. I m left all alone. Can anyone can relate to this? Any similar experience? Please, I need help. In few months I`ll have revision rhinoplasty in Miami with rib grafs. Very serious surgery, it's supposed to restore my breathing. But I don't care anymore how I look, how I breathe. I just want my head to be cleared from this chronic inflammation or whatever it is. I wonder if the breathing is restored, will my problems disappear? Please, is there anyone with similar problem or am I alone??
