Procedure is 3/24

I'm 5'8, 160-163lbs, measuring around a 36B. I have 2 kids and tried to breastfeed. Boobs just don't feel full and I'd prefer a fuller size. I'm hoping for a large C or small D cup but as a natural augmentation. I discussed 485 ccs for the procedure. Dr. B will bring a few other sizes in case it doesn't fit in my chest wall. Updated on 24 Mar 2021: I had my surgery early this morning. Everything went well. I opted to get smaller implants 450ccs (high profile, under the muscle) vs the 485 ccs. I just didn’t want to be too big. I’m 5’8.5” and about 165lbs (today’s weight). I don’t remember a thing about the surgery. I got home around 10:30 or 11am after a 7:30am surgery. I had pain medication there, but haven’t taken any since. I feel a dull ache and extra tightness. I’m walking around, and can get up without assistance just fine here at home. Getting the IV hurt the worst for me. I got pricked about 6 times because the nurses couldn’t get a vein. Drink lots of water before your cutoff eat/drink time before your surgery. It may help your veins lol. I’ve been drinking lots of water and also had a protein smoothie. I’ve increased my protein intake a few weeks before surgery. Food has not tasted good to me today perhaps because of the medicine in my body. Everything tastes dry and chalky. So I’ll just drink stuff and it tastes just fine. We’ll see what tomorrow brings pain-wise. Updated on 26 Mar 2021: Day 2 is better. I’m still sore and tight but nothing is unbearable. My eyesight for small text is a bit blurry, but I read that it could be due to the patch that they put behind your ear for nausea at surgery. Take it off and wash your hands well. Ice has helped with the soreness. I have preferred that over pain medication. I plan to do a health detox to rid myself of medication and give my system a boost. Today, I got to take the bandages off! That made me feel a lot better because I was wrapped up tight. I have the bra on now and I’m more comfortable. Dr. Bonness and her office sent flowers today! She called and checked on me once to see how I was doing. My experience overall has been great. I look forward to the changes during the healing process. Updated on 20 Apr 2021: They have dropped quite a bit thank goodness. I’m still taking it easy and my underboob area is numb. I still feel some tightness too. I’m now using the band, scar gel, and have upgraded to breast massages. I don’t yet know what size I am in real bras since I’m still wearing sport bras (bralette in pic is size M/L).

I hope there is a miracle treatment some day!

I’ve had cellulite on the back and sides of my upper thighs since I was 13 years old. Never wore shorts etc. I am active, work out regularly, eat well and am a size 4 at 5’7” and I had it done when I was 28 years old. I decided to get liposuction to correct extra fat on the outside of my thighs, and then got cellulaze to help with dimples/orange peel look. The cellulaze cost around $6000, and we did the back of my thighs and the outside of the thighs in two different appointments, 6 months apart. I’ve done quite a few cosmetic procedures and this by far hurt the most! It was done under local anesthesia and it was very uncomfortable, even though I was also taking a loopy/happy pill :) The bruising was horrific (attached photos). Sadly I don’t have before and after photos to show you, but what I can say is it did help big time with larger dimples I had on the outside thigh area, that was reduced by 80-90% but as far as rest of my cellulite goes, the orange peel look is still there. I am happy I did it, even though it hurt SO much and did not overall improve the cellulite as much as I hoped, getting rid of some large dimples was worth the money. I continued to work on getting rid of the appearance of cellulite by cupping (just the cheap ones on amazon) and I bought a Peloton to do spin glasses every day... and that has helped almost as much as this procedure. Good luck ladies! I hope there is a miracle treatment some day!

The esthetician was extremely professional and knowledgeable

I had coolsculpting done on 5 areas, and I had 2 cycles. The process was very efficient, the esthetician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She accurately described the process and the potential effects (pain and soreness). I was surprised at how simple this procedure was

I was surprised at how simple this procedure was. It was not painful at all, just a little tugging feeling at first. I read during sessions and was relaxed. I'm not sure how well it worked yet since it has only been 12 days. This reviewer received a gift card from RealSelf in exchange for their review.

A+ Experience

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bonness and her entire staff. I saw Dr. Bonness for an tummy tuck and liposuction Although I maintain a fairly healthy lifestyle through diet and excise i had excess skin on my abdomen and stubborn fat on my hips and thighs. Dr. Bonness gave me a beautiful result and now I finally feel that my body matches my age. Her entire staff was helpful and welcoming through my entire experience. Since my procedure I have continued to be seen at their spa and am loving my treatments with the nurses and aestheticians as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Bonness and her entire team.

Amazing Breast Augmentation Results With Dr. Bonness!

After many, many years of breast augmentation research and meeting with over ten surgeons (across the country - I travel a lot), I figured it just wasn’t the procedure for me. I was turned off by a lot of doctors who’s idea of a breast augmentation was to give me the largest size that would fit in my body, because if I’m paying for it, I might as well “go big or go home.” I happened to be getting a massage and somehow the conversation of breast implants came up. My masseuse mentioned that her best friend, who is also very physically active, just had hers done by a female surgeon in the Brookfield area. I was immediately delighted because I knew a female surgeon would be more understanding of my surgery goals (all of my previous consults were with men - all of which told me to go larger than I was comfortable with). That same day I went home, pulled up her website, was in absolute awe of how beautiful and NATURAL her work was, so I called and scheduled a consult for the following month. The consult was eye opening. Not only is Dr. Bonness incredibly skilled but her priority is also your safety and longevity of the implants. She gives her honest opinion but is willing to work with you if you have different goals than what she recommends. She is thorough with measurements and discussing which type of implant/cc volume she recommends based on your body type, lifestyle, and augmented goals. I took a lot of information home and one day later I called to book my surgery. About two weeks prior to my surgery date they bring you in for pictures and to decide on your cc size. It can be very stressful trying on the sizers but ultimately I went with what Dr. Bonnes recommended which was 1) the most natural look and 2) the safest implant profile type for my frame size. This appointment was on a Friday and by Monday I was already second guessing myself as to whether or not I should go a tad larger. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment so I could double check the sizers and make sure I was happy. Of course my fears were all in my head and I went with the size we originally landed on. The surgery itself was a breeze. Obviously there was some discomfort afterwards but that’s to be expected. Her communication after the surgery is so warm and friendly and she is so readily available should you have any concerns. It does take a bit of time for the implants to settle and take on their natural appearance but it’s worth every penny and every day having to stay inside and recover. I probably emailed her nurses on a bi weekly basis, making sure some things were normal and that I was healing correctly. They were so patient with me and calmed all of my fears. I am over a year out now from my breast augmentation and I couldn’t have had a more positive experience. Very thankful for Dr. Bonness and her incredible staff!

Dr. Bonness and Team are Amazing

I went to see a few doctors, but it was easy to decide after I met Dr. Bonness. She wanted the best for me and was honest about what would look unnatural and put me at risk for complications. Precise measurements were double checked a few days prior to surgery and all questions answered. The surgery went great and she even called me that night to see how I was doing. The first four days was very painful, hot as long as I kept up with the pain meds, it was tolerable. Then after that fourth day I felt great! I'm two months post op and have been in for a couple post op appointments to ensure all is going well. My results are so natural that no one would guess I've had this done. The scars are looking great and not even noticeable unless I lift up, but they are still healing. She is amazing and I recommend get to everyone interested.
