I’ve had cellulite on the back and sides of my upper thighs since I was 13 years old. Never wore shorts etc. I am active, work out regularly, eat well and am a size 4 at 5’7” and I had it done when I was 28 years old. I decided to get liposuction to correct extra fat on the outside of my thighs, and then got cellulaze to help with dimples/orange peel look. The cellulaze cost around $6000, and we did the back of my thighs and the outside of the thighs in two different appointments, 6 months apart. I’ve done quite a few cosmetic procedures and this by far hurt the most! It was done under local anesthesia and it was very uncomfortable, even though I was also taking a loopy/happy pill :) The bruising was horrific (attached photos). Sadly I don’t have before and after photos to show you, but what I can say is it did help big time with larger dimples I had on the outside thigh area, that was reduced by 80-90% but as far as rest of my cellulite goes, the orange peel look is still there. I am happy I did it, even though it hurt SO much and did not overall improve the cellulite as much as I hoped, getting rid of some large dimples was worth the money. I continued to work on getting rid of the appearance of cellulite by cupping (just the cheap ones on amazon) and I bought a Peloton to do spin glasses every day... and that has helped almost as much as this procedure. Good luck ladies! I hope there is a miracle treatment some day!

Hi lovely, how are you going? I'm about to do lipo in my inner thighs and knees to do fat grafting to breast! Would you recommend it? How painful was it? Recovery ?

I didn't think it was that bad. It felt like a bad sunburn most of the time. I didn't even take the pain meds they gave me just aspirin. Best of luck!
