I've been going to Dr. Robertson's clinic for years to get lip injections. I've been treated by Dr. Robertson himself and then over the years as he's (understandably) gotten busier, I've also had several different members of his staff doing my injections. Although my results have varied slightly with each staff member, I've always been extremely happy and loved the outcome! I have multiple favorite injectors, which works out well because if one is busy then I simply get another one! A few years ago I wanted to try a different clinic and different filler (I usually use Juvederm), and although I was somewhat happy with the results I wasn't thrilled with the way that clinic seemed to pressure me into getting more, which I have NEVER experienced at Dr. Robertson's, and I had told them multiple times I wanted to "bank" some of the filler but instead they used the entire syringe during the first visit. Again, that's something I've never experienced with Dr. Robertson. He, and his staff, have always asked and listened to what I wanted and I've never left his clinic disappointed. I have, and will continue, to highly recommend Dr. Robertson's Clinic.

Is what I encountered with Dr. Robertson. After having a procedure in Chicago with a different well-known surgeon there, I discovered that several stitches were missed at my 7 day post-op visit which I had driven 175 miles each way to attend. It’s hard to explain all you’re going through at Day 7/8, and I was feeling very stressed and unsure of what to do. The patient coordinator at the original surgeon told me that the stitches needed to come out, but at 3 pm the next day, no word on what to do. Dr. Robertson made time in his busy schedule to see me same day, and removed all of my remaining stitches. He could not have been kinder or more professional. He never spoke a word against the other surgeon, or tried to make me second guess that surgeon to make himself look better. He didn’t try to criticize the work I’d had done or anything that would have further stressed me for his own gain. He focused just on helping me and being reassuring. It’s so rare to find someone with such integrity. I’ve been a happy patient there for some time, and I’ll be returning to him for my continued aesthetic needs. I’d been a patient of his clinic for some time for Botox, but didn’t usually see him.

Dr. Robertson and his entire staff are wonderful to work with. He is so experienced, knowledgeable, and truly has an artistic eye. My results are natural and pleasant. (Upper bleph, mini lift, submental lipo) I highly recommend Dr. Robertson in the Madison area. Updated on 30 Jan 2020: My results continue to improve Had Erbium laser resurfacing around the eyes and they look SO much better. Was worried about pain and recovery but it was fine. Do not be afraid to try it! It will knock off many years and wrinkles.

I recently had a Blephartomy With Dr. Robertson. My experience was wonderful. I believe I look 10 years younger. I had a local anesthetic and I was surprised to not have felt anything. The surgery suite is very comfortable and calming. Dr. Robertson and his nurse took time to ensure my comfort. With little downtime and terrific results, this was one of the best things I could do for myself. I highly recommend.

No long waits in the office. Staff is helpful and professional. Dr. Robertson is fantastic with Botox. Also did a chin implant for a family member that turned out just beautiful! Very caring and realistic about what to expect. All around great doctor. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Robertson treated my acne scars, I had one ablative treatment of profractional laser and a bunch of subcision treatments. The results I noticed were suppose to be 5-10% improvement so he was very realistic with me about the results. He took the time to listen and made sure I was offered the best advice and level of expertise. I had none of the side effects discussed such as hyper-pigmentation etc. I would recommend Dr. Robertson to everyone as he has a very good eye, is a very empathetic, and a very qualified doctor.

Beyond happy, everything went EXACTLY as Dr. Robertson described down to the tiniest detail so I was totally prepared for every change as it occurred, no bad surprises. The lack of sleep the first 48 hrs. was the worst part, the rest was easy. Besides being a great surgeon he's a true artist and gave impeccable attention to every detail of my surgeries (eyes both upper & lower lids, fat transfers and full facelift) my caregiver/husband marvels at the precision and flawlessness of the stitches. Updated on 22 Mar 2018: Still loving my results after 2 yrs. and would do it again in a heartbeat. Dr. Robertson bent over backwards to address any concerns I had even “ tweaking” things here and there at no charge. My only regret is I didn’t do it sooner.

Why I am here: I have always disliked my nose from a early age and new that I wanted to change it once I got the chance. While I want smaller change, I don't want anything drastic, maybe one day I will & the great thing is I will have the option to do a full rhinoplasty. Consultation: In late April I had an appointment with Dr. Kevin Robertson regarding a non surgical nose job, where he advised me of all my options including rhinoplasty.I received the appointment a month after I contact the office (which is about normal from my experience.) Dr. Robertson informed me about the base reduction procedure which could be done without anesthesia, and how it could be a good option to achieve my goal by combining it with filler. I went with this option because of the limited downtime and the price was well within my budget. Day of Procedure: The procedure was completed in office early morning. It was pretty simple although mentally I was freaked out. Robertson walked me through all the steps as he was completed them, numbed both sides of my nose, removed the areas we discussed to make a smaller base and narrow my nostril. Afterward he stitched his incisions and finished with the filler. Originally we had discussed use Juvederm Ultra Plus, but ended up going with Restylane, which we use the majority of the syringe. During the procedure I could not feel ANY THING, which I was freaked out I would. The grosses part was hearing the cuts, and just knowing what was being done. -- As instructed by Robertson I had gotten the necessary topical antibiotics to help with the healing process. I resumed the rest of my day in bed watching Netflix. -- The pain after the procedure while annoying, is completely manageable. Ibuprofen hasn't helped too much, but hasn't been really needed. Going to sleep now! Future Updates: I will keep updating, with pictures and information through the next few months! Hopes this helps someone. Updated on 9 Sep 2015: I am very happy with the way my nose looks for the simple procedure. Only downside is that a have visible scarring on the incisions. BUT I had a bad reaction to my topical antibiotic that when it was healing and I scar VERY easy. So it's mostly me. I might get a rhinoplasty later this year but am happy that I did this first because I can take small steps towards the nose I want instead of a drastic one. Updated on 9 Sep 2015:

Dr. Robertson is awesome. He explains everything, is very informative and helpful, he made me feel very comfortable. He is professional, patient, gentle and does great work. During the first appointment he actually took pictures of my face at different angels and with me making different face expressions so he could study my features and advise the best treatment for me individually. I have had Botox and fillers done by him and he did a wonderful job with both! He didn’t over do it and it all looks very natural. I also have sensitive skin and he even checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would and have recommended him to my family and friends. He is a wonderful and skilled doctor!
