My day finally arrived. I had my reduction surgery on 4/22/21 by Dr Kimberly Lu. The whole process was pretty uneventful. I did need to go through quite the insurance process, which was time consuming. Thanks to Dr Lu’s staff for all the hard work and persistence in keeping things on track. RUN. Listen to your gut. Awful experience. The front office is the first impression and she was cold and rude. I had an appointment for surgery 4 weeks out and then the doctor canceled on me the week before! She said I should go to a general surgeon but she never even saw me for a consult or photo! What?!!!
