I have aged quite well as I exercise regularly and my diet is healthy. But gravity took its tall and I noticed sagging under my chin and around my jawl line. I went to Doctor John Little. Not only was he extremely attentive listening to what bothered me, but, with his very keen artistic eyes, he found other areas where he can improve my face and give me a more youthful look. Now, after10 months of the surgery , I can say that my results are no less than amazing. the surgery did not only reverse the clock for 10 or 15 years, I believe I never looked better, even when I was in my prime years. My neck line is that of a 30 year-old, and my face looks youthful and natural. Best of all, nobody can tell that I had any procedure. I am thrilled with the results I got with Doctor Little.

A very positive experience! Dr. Little was the consumate professional and artist. Though elective surgery, a facelift is nevertheless "major," and Dr. Little walked me through it with sober sensitivity. He saw me every day for 10 days following the surgery, guiding me through the ever important post surgery care. The results have exceeded my expectations. Thank you Dr. Little and staff!

I have known Dr. Little for some time now as he did some fat grafting and a mini lift for my face about 10 years ago. I did age very well as a result. But with age, my neck started to show my age and my face started to sag, which was bothering me. I went to several plastic surgeons for consultation, all of them said that they will perform a "traditional" face lift for me. I then went back to Dr. Little and his approach was that of an artist and someone who sees what nobody else could see. What he ended up recommending was custom made for my face. I was immediately convinced that he is the surgeon for me. Now, five and a half months later, I couldn't be happier. I look two decades younger, my neck is perfect my face is really beautiful. I saw someone in the mirror that I had not seen for some 15 or 20 years. Best of all, nobody noticed that I had a plastic surgery. The results are so natural and beautiful, it is quite amazing. Dr. Little is passionate about his work and can see things that I could not see myself. He also cares deeply about his patients and their well being. He offers of his time, his expertise and his art much more than what you pay for. In my mind, his work is worth every penny I paid and more. I would not recommend any other plastic surgeon. His assistant is also extremely attentive and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else should I ever need any other cosmetic surgery.

My motivation for making this review is seeing the unfair review listed. I have had nothing but positive experiences from Dr. Little and his entire staff. Cathy in the office is very efficient and forthright with all communications I have had. She is "the organizer behind the scenes" my understanding and experience is she does the scheduling and the support needed to assist Dr. Little in providing the quality of care he does. He is extremely skilled and honest and is able to focus on his "task at hand" because of the support from Cathy and all of his other staff members. This is in my personal and professional opinion how efficient offices work. From the beginning he was very honest about the initial procedure and possible follow up procedures to get the end result that I was looking for. Not what I wanted to hear but the truth. In all honesty who wants multiple procedures, but if it was needed I was fully informed it was a possibility. The discussion of the outcome was from a range of what I wanted being the optimal result and the possibilities of it not being "my perfect image" again this is the possibility with any cosmetic surgery, but I was fully informed in advance. It was a process to say the least, but I had the support and expertise of Dr. Little and his staff every step of the way. In my personal opinion, I would recommend none other than Dr. Little for a face lift especially if it is one that has special consideration and is it contains special consideration,

I am a 45 year old female weighing 125 at 5'8". I take pride in my appearance and stay physically fit. I met with surgeons in my state of Oregon and no one impressed me. So, I started searching across the states. I chose Dr. Little because he was the most experienced and most knowledgable surgeon I could find. On the morning of my surgery, I felt so comfortable with his expertise that I allowed him full freedom to make any and all changes he felt necessary. The results are amazing. I am so happy I spent the extra money and flew the extra miles to see him.

Wish I had more time to write all that Dr. Little deserves to have written about him, but will come back when I do to tell you more.
You could go to many cosmetic surgeons across the country & get a decent face lift or other cosmetic procedure done, but if you want a true artist, who also happens to love his art, go to Dr. Little. Not only that, you'll find that he is charming, caring and humble. If you've happened to have interviewed any recently, you should know those are rare characteristics in cosmetic surgeons these days.
In addition, his entire staff is... just awesome!
Also, the cost listed is for much more than just a facelift. The drop down list only allowed me to select one procedure.

This is a "mom and pop," office for the doctor and his office manager wife who sits at the reception desk. If you need a revision resulting from his surgery, they will put you off and expect you to pay full price. Mrs. Little mentioned to me that the revision that Dr. Little suggested for me would not work.

A horrifying experience. He is a charming man who can't deliver. Unexpected side effects and not the results promised at all. His surgical staff is a nightmare and the facilities sub par compared to what other cosmetic surgeons have. Based on his credentials, fame, and experience, it made sense he would charge so much, but it was a nightmare experience. I believe the positive reviews are fake and people like me are ashamed to speak up. Just do not trust this man. Run. Save yourself.

OK, now I'm finally coming out from behind my wall of "shame" to tell the truth about my own experience with Dr. Little of Washington D.C. I didn't need to go to the best surgeon in the country, but I did have some facial trauma and required plastic surgery, plus wanted to go ahead and "throw in a face lift" as long as I was having the rest done, if you know what I mean. I don't need to go into all the details of the trauma that led to having surgery in the first place, and I'm not here just to bad-mouth Dr. Little either. I don't think he's "all bad". But I do think that his business model is to get women in who can afford to pay a LOT more money than the average plastic surgeon charges and if you are someone who can "only" afford to pay about twice as much or so then you won't get his best work done on your face as those other women do.

My motivation was mainly just to look rejuvenated. I had more than just a facelift, but this site only lets you pick one procedure. I needed my neck lifted more than anything.

Wow. I just tried to post this review and the site said I hadn't written enough here! I really don't know what else to write. I thought the main review was for below which I've also written. I guess I'd have to add I was disappointed that the scars left are so prominent and that the overall procedures didn't do a lot to change how I looked at all. But the price was sure enough that you'd think I should have looked at least 10 years younger.
