WORTH IT$20,000
Wish I had more time to write all that Dr. Little deserves to have written about him, but will come back when I do to tell you more.
You could go to many cosmetic surgeons across the country & get a decent face lift or other cosmetic procedure done, but if you want a true artist, who also happens to love his art, go to Dr. Little. Not only that, you'll find that he is charming, caring and humble. If you've happened to have interviewed any recently, you should know those are rare characteristics in cosmetic surgeons these days.
In addition, his entire staff is... just awesome!
Also, the cost listed is for much more than just a facelift. The drop down list only allowed me to select one procedure.

I've been interested in Dr. Little along with a few other surgeons, and especially like it that he focuses on facial surgery. I just think any doctor will be better by putting their attention and expertise to a single area rather than doing all kinds of plastic surgery everywhere. It seems like they'd obviously be more experienced in the area they choose to focus on.
But I wonder why the person who posted this over 2 months ago never came back like they said they would? I would assume they had a good experience with Dr. Little and should have more to say on the subject. I'd like to hear more.

GeeGeeBug - I think you're absolutely right. I know a little bit about it, but wouldn't make an accusation without proof. However... it sounds like it's fishing for compliments plus lauding his specialty being faces.
However... I have to say this that I DO know about: I went to Dr. Little for all the reasons above, and have been upset since a few weeks after surgery when things began falling apart. I believe he is a decent man and will repair the... well, the damage. That's all I can call it. But nevertheless, it should not have required repairing at all. I was thrilled in the beginning, even with all the bruising & swelling, but it soon became evident that things were not as "perfection-oriented" as one should have been able to expect from a plastic surgeon of such caliber and specialty.
I won't go into all the gory details, but think about just this one thing: After only a few days (my husband putting medicine on with a Q-tip twice a day), he asked me to take a look at it in the mirror. Sure enough: a few of the stitches had popped out, and had probably been that way even before we came home. Now those places have pock marks where those stitches popped out, plus all the scars but a few are always going to be noticeably indented. Fortunately I can mostly cover them with hair, but ya know? Why should I have to now fuss to make sure my scars are covered?
That's all. I will report back after I've seen him again for repairs. I want to report that he is all he's touted to be, because we really do like the man. (Sweet, humble and gentle.) But as we all know, a great personality can never make up for a botched facial surgery.

He seems to charge a great deal more, too. So yeah, I'd expect the results to be better than most.

There is an apparent problem, and I have not seen one realistic positive review. You're right, being sweet can never make up for a botched surgery. You're courageous and honest to share your story and for being so compassionate and understanding. With all the authentic, great reviews on here for many surgeons, no reason for women looking to take a chance on him. Sorry you did. Given all the transparency on this site, something seems amiss. If he's so good, why no reviews, right? Sorry for what happened. Hope it works out. Please keep us posted. Best wishes.

Yes, you would indeed think such a surgeon, focusing on facial surgery, would be better, but in Dr. Little's case it's not the truth at all.

Why haven't you come back to tell us more? Are you an actual patient or possibly an employee trying to help Dr. Little's profile along?

I don't know about other "employees" but I do know that his wife, Cathy, also receptionist, came on realself and some other dr. rating sites to rave about him and herself.

Welcome to the community and thanks so much for offering your opinion of your doctor.
It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.
Our community members especially love seeing photos from before, during, and after — a realistic look at what they can expect. Photos grab the attention of the community and encourage more support for you.
As a community manager, I get requests all the time from other members who want me to to keep encouraging people to share their experiences, which are so helpful for others considering these procedures. So please accept this as a well-intentioned request from thousands.
