WORTH IT
I have known Dr. Little for some time now as he did some fat grafting and a mini lift for my face about 10 years ago. I did age very well as a result. But with age, my neck started to show my age and my face started to sag, which was bothering me. I went to several plastic surgeons for consultation, all of them said that they will perform a "traditional" face lift for me. I then went back to Dr. Little and his approach was that of an artist and someone who sees what nobody else could see. What he ended up recommending was custom made for my face. I was immediately convinced that he is the surgeon for me. Now, five and a half months later, I couldn't be happier. I look two decades younger, my neck is perfect my face is really beautiful. I saw someone in the mirror that I had not seen for some 15 or 20 years. Best of all, nobody noticed that I had a plastic surgery. The results are so natural and beautiful, it is quite amazing. Dr. Little is passionate about his work and can see things that I could not see myself. He also cares deeply about his patients and their well being. He offers of his time, his expertise and his art much more than what you pay for. In my mind, his work is worth every penny I paid and more. I would not recommend any other plastic surgeon. His assistant is also extremely attentive and compassionate. I would never go anywhere else should I ever need any other cosmetic surgery.

That's really great , I have been in contact with the clinic but as yet I haven't seen him.
I'm finding it hard to get a price from reception.
I need budget as Ii will be coming from Europe..
Could you give a slight hint of his fee bracket.

I find his prices better than most in DC NYC. It appears a disgruntled person has smeared him and may have various emails to do so. He was head of PS at Georgetown University and many plastic surgeons are his facelift patients.

This is an example of a "review" written by Dr. Little's wife. The main thing is, reviews that make grand, sweeping statements about a surgeon as though they "know" all about how he is for any and every patient he cuts on, such as, "cares deeply about his patients and their well being," or, "offers of his time, his expertise and his art much more than what you pay." Those two comments right there give it away.
Further: the extremely gratuitous posts that seem to always mention the words, "art" or "artist" are a dead giveaway.
But the worst thing written, at least for the many people who were harmed by this practice, always have a need to exclaim things like, "...nobody noticed that I had plastic surgery," in some form or other. Believe me, if a person ends up looking two decades younger," and other such "blah, blah, blah," people darn well do notice they've had plastic surgery! How absurd, especially since it's written by the same one person under different names, but all in such similar words. Some are short, some are long, some are "indignant" that another patient would have the gall to write about their own bad experience, but Cathy's workmanship shines through in them all.

You are frightening. You have littered every site trying to destroy this doctors reputation. I had 2 surgeries with Dr Little 15 years apart and he was the very best. Sorry maybe thought you were going to be 20 again.
