Brow lift & bleph - 5 stars for their flexibility & customer service
I am blown away by the staff and Dr.Chang’s customer support and bedside manner. I am was supposed to get a brow lift and bleph done but on day of surgery at the hospital pregnancy test showed up positive. Needless to say Dr. Chang was great when he delivered the news and obviously had to cancel surgery right then. A week later I actually find out it was a non viable pregnancy. I reached out to his team and they said could either have a full refund or reschedule as soon as safe
