Simple the Very Best
I highly recommend Dr. Chang and his team at Congressional Plastic Surgery. Dr. Chang is an excellent surgeon, and I cannot imagine there are any other surgeons who are as compassionate, caring, and meticulous as he is. Dr. Chang performed a deep plane face and neck lift on me last fall along with a brow lift and fat transfer. My biggest fear was to look unnatural and overly-pulled. This was not the case with Dr. Chang. I achieved amazing results with friends not able to put their finger on what had changed. I get comments about looking rested and fresh with glowing skin. I am turning 60 this next year and am thrilled that I opted to work with Congressional Plastic surgery. Dr. Chang is the ultimate professional and his staff exceeds expectations at every turn.
