Tuberous Breast Correction Surgery

Surgery following weight loss

friend of mine recommenced Mr Sojitra after she had used him for her breast augmentation nearly ten years ago. I found Mr Sojitra operated at the Spire in Harpenden and whilst that was a little way from me I was happy to travel the distance based on her glowing recommendation. After losing 5+ stone I was left with excess skin around my tummy and always had asymmetric tubular breasts that left me feeling self conscious even after losing all that weight. I contacted London Cosmetic Surgeons and was instantly bowled over by Mr Sojitras PA Carolyn. Carolyn was so patient with me and my million and one questions that I had - I was made to feel that nothing was too silly or stupid to ask! My consultation with Mr Sojitra was informative and more importantly realistic in regards to my expectations - I felt nervous but excited and was was keen to move forward to the next stage! A few days before my op I suffered extremely bad anxiety attacks but was reassured during my pre op by one of the friendly nurses that everything was going to be ok and all these feelings were normal. On the day of my op all the staff at the Spire could not do any more for me , I woke up and couldn’t believe it was all over - and was amazed at the results! About 6 months after my op one of my breasts had capsulated which during my consultation and research was discussed as a potential side effect. I wasn’t too worried as I knew that I would be taken care of in order to rectify. I was booked in to have the capsulated breast replaced and used the opportunity whilst I was having the operation to go slightly bigger. Again I was so well looked after and cared for! I had my final consultation in June 2019 and everything is healing well! I cannot thank Mr Sojitra and his team enough for their care and his handywork!-my confidence is coming back and I’m starting to love my body finally ?????

29Yr Old, 2 Kids - Breastfed- Pre Op Deflated 32E - Lift Plus Mentor 175cc Implant for Roundness and Upper Pole.

I always loved everything about my breasts and then I was blessed with two beautiful children. 2.5 years and 9months old. My 32E breasts had completely deflated and I lost all my upper pole fullness and confidence. My breasts were merely skin and bottom heavy. I opted to do a Breast lift and replace some of the exsisting breast tissue with a small round mentor implant consisting of 175cc to add roundness and upper pole, but also to enable me to stay as close to my original pre op size. My surgery was on 20.04.17 and I haven't looked back! I am totally in awe of my new breasts and in fact they're even better than they were pre pregnancy! (I was always questioned on whether my breasts were real or not) and now I'm completely over the moon! It's still only early days (11 days post op) and still have lots of healing to do but they already feel a part of me. I am due to have my tapes removed in 2 days and will finally be able to see the results. I was very lucky with the surgeon I chose as I see a lot of ladies post surgery who's breasts look a little odd but mine looked incredible from the word go! And everyday seem to be getting more beautiful! Updated on 3 May 2017: So today I had my 2 weeks post op appointment and was overwhelmed by the results as today was the first time I've been able to see my incisions. Wow! I am over the moon and completely my new boobs! My Surgeon is an absolute genius, so skilled and has definitely aimed for perfection. My scars are perfect, no jagged edges, the perfect circle... I've healed very nicely so far and hoping this will continue! Updated on 4 May 2017: Found an old pre pregnancy pic of me lay on my back and although I loved me boobs back then seeing them in this position has made me rethink... I look far too big, actually didn't realise how big they were!! And I'm not a fan... they're horribly huge Updated on 9 May 2017: Changed dressings yesterday and I seem to have dropped some. Still happy with how they look and have no concerns. Everyday passing is one day closer to being able to wear nice tops/ dresses and lingerie Updated on 9 May 2017: Updated on 15 May 2017: So this evening I was given the all clear from my Nurse to have a nice warm bath! It was heaven!! The tapes are officially gone however I am contemplating keeping them on a little longer as I hear they help with the scars. My breasts seemed to have dropped and think there's still a lot more dropping to go yet. I love the size and shape and everyday they're looking more like my wish breasts! Updated on 17 May 2017: So today I tried on my first underwire bra to compare sizing. I tried a 32E (which was my original size before kids and deflation) and wow!!! They fit perfectly! I couldn't be happier and so glad I didn't go any bigger, they're continuing to drop now and still healing perfectly with no complications so far. My right breast (left in the picture) has dropped earlier than the left and has started to fluff out. Love it! Keeping them clean and moisturised daily. With a little micropore tape on the left t-Incision for the last scab which is almost about to fall off. I'm also continuing to wear the micropore tape on my crease incisions so they're not aggigtated by my sports bras for the next 3 weeks. Updated on 17 May 2017: Updated on 24 May 2017: My breasts have now become super soft but still firm. They are feeling like my boobs now. Just one more week until I am able to wear a normal bra! It can't come soon enough! I've started to gradually sleep on my side again which is great! I can still feel some internal sutures whilst massaging, which I'm hoping with dissolve soon. Updated on 25 May 2017: Updated on 25 May 2017: Updated on 25 May 2017: Updated on 18 Jun 2017: Updated on 24 Jun 2017: Updated on 13 Oct 2017: Love them!

Tummy Tuck

31 3 kids all c sections plus 50lb weight loss much needed tummy tuck

Hi there after much debating I decided to share my tt experience as reading everybody else's has been such a great help and support before and after my surgery I am 31 years old with 3 boys aged 13,8 and 3 I pretty much did most of the damage with my first pregnancy when I was 17 where I gained about 7 stone the other two didn't really effect the damage but then after my third and final pregnancy I lost 50lb which finally made me start to give serious consideration to having the procedure done I was fed up after 13 years of looking at my body and feeling like a mutant! I had my surgery on 16th of September so I am now 11 days post op I had a full tt with muscle repair no lipo as my surgeon said I didn't need it I am 5ft 3 and my weight fluctuates between 10st 3 and 10st 7 they removed 4lbs of fat which I was pleased about i found the recovery so far very similar to the c section recoveries except the muscle tightening makes it a bit more uncomfortable coughing is pretty painful haven't braved a sneeze yet! I haven't found the experience any where near as bad as I'd imagined it was gonna be it is more uncomfortable than painful I went for my one week check Wednesday and got my first look at my tummy which nearly made me cry to see something that resembled a normal stomach had to have some fluid drained with a needle which wasn't very nice but needed to be done. I had my tummy tuck at the spire hospital in harpenden by mr sojitra I only went to one consultation which I was so satisfied with as all my questions were answered mr sojitra was honest and realistic about what I could expect he is very calm and also very confident which I found reassuring and on the day of surgery his calmness made me feel less nervous after seeing him I didn't see the need to confuse myself with any other consultations so booked my surgery the very next day i would also like to add his p.a Teresa is so lovely couldn't wish to have a more friendly caring person looking after you at your pre and post op appointments I can't recommend these two enough to any one in Hertfordshire considering a tummy tuck. So far I am so pleased with my results and excited as they get better over the next few months I am very swollen at the moment which is uncomfortable at times but I'm resting as much as I can I'm very lucky my partner has had nearly two weeks off work and has taken great care off me i couldn't have done this without his support I wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone without a good support around them coz the first week u can't really do anything it was all my effort to get to the toilet and back but I'm feeling better by the day I will keep updating and any questions are welcome. Updated on 28 Sep 2015: Updated on 28 Sep 2015: Updated on 22 Oct 2015: Just thought I'd do an update I was 5 weeks post op yesterday feeling so much better almost back to normal still get a bit sore if I've had a busy day and back aches by evening but all in all I've had a good recovery really pleased with my results so far still get a bit swollen in the evening so I'm still wearing my binder 24/7 except take off to shower as put a Spanx on for a few hours last week and ended up very swollen and sore may try again in a few days. 37 Year Old Mum Who Has Had 2 Emergency C-sections - Harpenden, GB

After having 2 caesarians (we don't always get the peaceful water birth we were dreaming of!) I was left with a horrible bulge of skin/fat/scar tissue which wouldn't budge, even though I've had a personal trainer for 2 years and have managed to tone and change the rest of my body pretty well. Before the op I was 13st12lb and although that sounds a lot, I carry my weight fairly evenly and I know I've become strong and toned, so some of the weight is muscle. In an ideal world I would like to weigh less, but I wasn't seeing a tummy tuck as a weight-loss option, I just wanted the shape of my tummy to change because clothes weren't comfortable and although my husband is wonderful and affectionate, it still affected my self-confidence when we were having sex and in life in general. So, I went along to a free 10 min consultation at The Spire in Harpenden at one of their open-evenings and had chosen to see Mr Sojitra (based on his glowing profile) and I immediately liked him. He's a man of few words in that old-fashioned quietly-confident and reassuring way, although he was also very happy to answer questions. I just knew he was down-to-earth and straight-forward which is what I like, because I am prone to panic and worry! I booked a full consultation soon after the brief one and again Mr Sojitra quickly settled my nerves with his confident demeanour and he didn't once try to up-sell me any other procedures, but just had a look at my tummy and said he could achieve what I wanted, which is basically all you need to hear! Also at the consultation was his specialist nurse Teresa Jelis who was also very lovely and reassuring. After the consultation I booked the operation with Mr Sojitra's secretary (also very nice and friendly!) and waited with building excitement and nerves for the day to come! The Spire Harpenden was a very pleasant place to be and the nurses were all excellent and extremely kind and patient with my constant worried questions, even though had absolutely nothing to be worried about! Mr Sojitra and Teresa Jelis and the anaesthetist Dev Acharya (also very kind!) came to see me the day after the procedure and again reassured me that everything went well and to plan. Mr Sojitra also let me know that they had removed 3.5lbs of fat/skin/scar tissue from my tummy. I wasn't in any pain after the operation, although I obviously felt tender and really it just felt sore like a bruise. The scar itself never bothered me once although after a few weeks it was sometimes a bit itchy. I found that putting the binder over a soft vest helped reduced the itching. The only discomfort I felt was when I stood up for too long during the first week or two and my back would ache because I wasn't totally upright. I was very glad I had built up strong core/back muscles because as soon as I would sit down, my back would stop aching, so it wasn't an ongoing problem. I was upright fairly quickly so the back discomfort was soon over. I have been rubbing bio-oil on my scars every day and they are healing really well. Now that I am 6.5 weeks post-op, I feel almost completely normal and have returned (slowly) to exercise with my personal trainer this week. I had a wonderful time shopping last weekend because all the trousers I tried on looked so brilliant with my newly flatter tummy. I am so happy I found the courage to have a tummy tuck and I wouldn't have wanted any other surgeon than Mr Sojitra to do it, because I am so pleased with the results. I will post some photos soon. The cost of the procedure in sterling which included paying Mr Sojitra, the anaesthetist and the hospital stay was £5763, amount above is USD.

Mr Nilesh Sojitra Tummy Tuck. Harpenden, GB

Amazing experience. Excellent Surgeon. Life changing the whole time in hospital was fabulous. Can't believe I was up and about so soon, if I can give 1 piece of advice to anyone is walk as much as possible as soon as possible, I had no back ache like a lot of people have, in fact I have no pain at all and just struggle with the 6 week wait to hit the gym again ????

Ms Dana Fotescu - London, GB

I met Dr Nilesh Sojitra in 2011 when I had my first surgical procedure, breasts augmentation. The results was amazing, more than I have ever expected. Since then I have had other cosmetic procedures: moles removal, Juvederm fillers and I have always been more than happy with my results. I strongly recommend Dr Sojitra who apart from being a genius when it comes to cosmetic procedures either surgical or non-surgical, is also very friendly, caring, calm and very honest! And the Juvederm fillers are beyond words..... So if anyone needs a great doctor he is definitely THE BEST!

36y Guy with Man Boobs - London, GB

having had a few consults in London i saw Nilesh Sojitra in Harpenden and he inspired confidence in me. he was honest from the outset and was realistic in what he could achieve for me. i had seen surgeons who clained my body would look like an athlete and i was a bit dubious as this was contrary to what Mr Sojitra advised. the procedure was done under anaesthetic and involved a small scar around my nipple and liposuction.i went home in the afternoon and now 4 months on and i am ecstatic about the results. i recommend Nilesh and his team to anyone considering this procedure. His PA and nurse were so efficient and professional.

Beast Replacements

I had an augmentation 12 years ago in the UK. Subsequently with the PiP scare I decided to have a replacement. As the hospitals I had attended originally "misplaced my file" might I say conveniently, I shopped around until I found a reputable surgeon/clinic. 3 days ago I had an augmentation, lift and mastopexy. The last three days have been quite lazy sore tiring and itchy and let's not forget sore bottom. Tomorrow I will have a consultation and wrappings off. I am worried especially with having a lift and nipple move, what the out come will be.I will definitely post pictures. Updated on 22 May 2013: Okay it been a while but ive been soooo busy... wish i could say socially but...Alas at work anyway... One week after my op in April I flew back to work (i work in the middle East). I would not recommend anyone do what I did. Not only did I fly back but went straight to work. I thought i would die... the pain, agony and sickness that I felt was not worth the rush to work. I would, if I ever did this again, listen to my mother... and stay at home and rest. She even offered to pay me my wage to stay... love her... bless. Anyway, my sutchers pulled and I started to bleed, the dressing that was on the sutchers had gone into the opening and the opening had got infected...luckily there is excellent health care here and I was looked after very well. On the other hand when i rang Mybreast to explain that the sutchers had opened, I was told I qoute " oh don't worry my friend had the same problem and she was okay after a week" end quote... need I say more. I have to say however, I am pleased with the look of my augmentaion. I am posting one week later pictures and will add new ones very soon.
