Just thought I'd do an update I was 5 weeks post op yesterday feeling so much better almost back to normal still get a bit sore if I've had a busy day and back aches by evening but all in all I've had a good recovery really pleased with my results so far still get a bit swollen in the evening so I'm still wearing my binder 24/7 except take off to shower as put a Spanx on for a few hours last week and ended up very swollen and sore may try again in a few days.

Hi, you look great. What a transformation! I am 5 weeks post op too and very swollen. Looking forward to the 6 month mark. Thanks for sharing your story.

Thank u I know what you mean my swelling is still quite bad by the evening be nice to be 100% back to normal X
