I’d lived with a stubborn pouch since my teens, and no amount of dieting or gym work ever made it go away. It affected my confidence for years, and eventually I knew I needed to speak to someone who could really help. After researching surgeons, I met with Mr Mahajan at Spire Elland, and he instantly put me at ease. He listened to my story with genuine care and explained everything clearly, which gave me a sense of hope I hadn’t felt in a long time. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Even when I felt nervous, I was supported every step of the way. The aftercare was exceptional — I felt truly looked after and I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward my recovery was. The results are honestly life?changing. I wish I’d done this years ago. My confidence has soared, I love my new body, and for the first time I’m excited to go on holiday and wear a bikini without wanting to cover up. I’m completely blown away with my results.

It was easy to get an appointment and was carried out quickly once I'd decided to go ahead. Professor Mahajan was professional and friendly and listened to my concerns and discussed different options with me. The procedure was explained really well and all my questions were answered. The procedure itself was done under a local aesthetic and once it was administered I was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep during the procedure. Post op instructions were clear and I was given contact details in case of emergency. The swelling and bruising from the procedure was initially quite bad so plan to hide yourself away for at least a week. But at 7 days there was only a small amount of bruising visible and this could be hidden with makeup. Pain wise; post procedure I was a little uncomfortable but easily managed with paracetamol and cold eye masks. 6 months post procedure the scaring is barely noticeable and I'm really pleased with the result. It has easily taken 10 years off me! My face looks fresh. I'm really glad I had this done and would strongly recommend Prof Mahajan to perform it.

I can’t recommend Professor Mahajan highly enough for the job he did with my breast implant surgery. From my very first consultation, he was incredibly professional, kind, and understanding. He really listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand my goals. I never once felt rushed or pressured. After my first appointment, he encouraged me to go away and think carefully about my options, which I really appreciated. Initially, I chose tear drop implants for a more natural shape, but after giving it more thought, I decided to change to round implants placed under the muscle. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he fully supported my decision. He explained everything thoroughly and always allowed plenty of time for me to ask questions, making sure I felt completely confident and informed. The day of my surgery went very smoothly. I was admitted, prepped, and taken down to theatre efficiently. I was a little nervous, but the nurses were absolutely amazing — so kind and reassuring, which really helped put me at ease. When I woke up in recovery, everything had gone perfectly. Within an hour of being back on the ward I was up and dressed (much to the nurses’ frustration — apparently I needed to rest, but I’m not very good at sitting still ????!). I wasn’t keen on staying overnight in hospital, and the team were fantastic in making sure I had everything I needed to go home the same day. My pain relief was spot on and kept me completely comfortable. My follow-up appointments were arranged promptly, and I had the opportunity to speak with Professor Mahajan about my results, which I am absolutely thrilled with. I was very clear that I didn’t want my breasts to look like they’d just been “stuck on,” and he really listened to that. He even adjusted the projection of the implants to achieve the most natural appearance possible — and the result is exactly what I hoped for. I’m so glad I chose Professor Mahajan for my breast implants. His expertise, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience positive from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone considering implants to look at his work — you won’t be disappointed!

I am absolutely delighted with the results of my recent eyelid surgery carried out by Professor Mahajan and the team at Evolve Medical Centre. The whole process was informative and seamless from the initial consultation, through to the procedure and subsequent aftercare. Very temporary swelling and a little brusing and I’m virtually completely healed in just less than 3 months, amazing! It’s given my eyes a fresher, more youthful look, long gone are the heavy eyelids, welcome back eye make-up! The most amazing, life changing experience I have had or ever will. This man has given an old lady their confidence back with just 6 hours of work. At consultation, I thought I just needed my skin tightening but Professor Mahajan recommended a Blepharoplasty and face and neck lift. Wow. Just wow. I couldn’t believe the difference. But it was so natural, not too tight that you can’t smile…just perfect. The operation was done under local anaesthetic and I’m not going to lie, it was a hard 6 hour operation. The nurses , Grace and Jay, were by my side throughout But it was so worth it when I saw the results. The recovery was so easy. Everything started to settle after a couple of days. Took it easy for a couple of weeks and then I was back to doing most everyday tasks. I haven’t looked back since. And I no longer hide from a camera, unfortunately, I can’t stop taking selfies. Happy days. Professor Mahajan is also the most personable and approachable man to deal with. If you’re thinking of going down the route of Plastic Surgery, he is your man.

If you’re considering this surgery, I would whole heartedly recommend Professor Mahajan, he is a pure genius. I recently had a bilateral breast reduction, and the results have been transformative. I underwent the procedure on 20th October 2025 with Professor Mahajan at Yorkshire clinic, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I have much more confidence as my posture has greatly improved, exercising is much more comfortable, clothes fit so much better. Before the surgery, I dealt with chronic neck and back pain, shoulder grooves from bra straps, and skin irritation. My goal was to relieve discomfort and improve proportion and posture. Professor Mahajan guided me through the pre-op process explained the incision options, advising the most suitable approach. The operation was performed under general anaesthesia, and it took about 6 hours. I had a significant amount to remove! I was a HH cup, although my breasts are still healing and settling I am a C now REMARKABLE Recovery went well, I followed the post-op plan, wore the compression garment as advised, and managed pain with the prescribed meds. Once the dressings had been removed after 14 days, I massaged Bio oil twice daily onto the scars and have definitely found it to be beneficial in the healing process. Scar lines are healing extremely well, and the final shape is more proportional to my body. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in back and shoulder pain and an overall improvement in my movement and confidence. Nipple-areola sensation is so much more than I have ever had! Overall my experience with having this surgery is nothing but life changing for me, I cant thank Professor Mahajan enough.

It was a good experience & the surgery went well, the result so far - 8 months later - is great. I would have said 5 stars but the one thing I would have liked was a post-surgery plan to get back into fitness. PT's at the gym have little to no experience, but I found online advice from PTs in the states to be useful.

I underwent a mini face and brow lift with Professor Mahajan and I'm thrilled with the results. My jawline has beautiful definition, the sag in the corners of my mouth have gone, naso labial lines erased and a more open look given to the eyes around the area of my brow lift. My confidence has been boosted tremendously. I look at least 10 years younger and regularly get compliments from my friends. Amazing results delivered by a very gifted and understanding surgeon.

Honestly I don’t think this review will do any justice… From start to finish Professor Mahajan made me feel very comfortable. I’ve struggled all my life with the way my ears looked, they stuck out really bad. I never wore my hair up in a ponytail. The confidence I now have is unbelievable. I can’t thank you enough.
