I’m just on my first day of surgery and i’d like to that Dr kat and her team for the fantastic level of care i have received today. I was made to feel very relaxed by the pre op nurse and everything was explained to me before my surgery. Very professional team and i’m confident my results will be amazing. I had a Mac’s face and neck lift and I am thrilled with the results.From start to finish I experienced total professionalism,from my consultation with Mrs Kat,who put me at ease and went through the best surgical options that were suitable for me. I arrived on my day of surgery,the staff were so friendly and helpful and I swiftly went into surgery and was soon on my way home before I knew it as I had the Twilight anaesthetic. Help was at hand at the end of the phone if I had any concerns. My results are so natural.I have got my confidence back and people say how well I look.

I scheduled my breast reduction with Mrs Kat, there was no doubt it was Mrs Kat I wanted to perform my surgery I only went for a consultation with her and never looked elsewhere , i was so nervous the day off surgery I was in very early so for me that was perfect Jade the receptionist knew I was nervous and made sure I was in as early as possible . I arrived at 7.30 and I was in the surgery at 8.30 and home by 1 in bed , the Anaesthetist was Dave green and he was fantastic I have to mention him because he was very very professional and nice , with him in the surgery room was another nurse again lovely, and also Katherine the most lovely lady who makes you feel so happy and warm, her persona is amazing and it’s actually exactly what you need before surgery she actually makes me smile before I have surgery - I was given pain killers and everything I would need - but in all honesty I’ve been waiting for ‘ the pain’ and wondering when it may occur because I’ve had none i am 4 days post op ? I can only put this down the the surgeon and how much she takes care when she performs the surgery’s, Today I had my drains removed and it wasn’t pleasant but it’s the most pain I’ve had since surgery as I’m up and feeling great , I’ve not taken any pain medication only 2 paracetamol and that was purely for the drainage tubes that was so irritating for me on my underarms area - this is the second surgery I’ve had with Mrs Kat and I honestly am so happy with everything - she never seems to rush or feel unable to explain , she has a fantastic team they are all so lovely - genuinely everybody smiles and it’s just a really nice environment to have your surgery in.

After many years of sun worshipping, smoking etc my skin was looking pretty rough. All I wanted was to look my age. I researched well and decided a croton oil peel was the best option to remove my smokers lines. I chose Dr CC Kat due to her great reviews and proximity to where I live. I am thrilled with the result and would recommend her. The most pain or discomfort I felt was immediately after and my face was numb and I felt very sunburned but this did not last anymore than 16 hours. Updated on 13 Nov 2021:

I never ever write reviews but I absolutely love what this lady has done for me - I’m 3 weeks post op ,I had a 2 stitch face lift and a bullhorn lip lift , From day 1 post surgery I’ve had 0 pain 0 painkillers ( I was prescribed various painkillers but didn’t need them ) I was looked after by all at the clinic , I’m absolutely thrilled ,I cannot tell you how much I’m so happy with the results , and I’m only week 3 post op , honestly I am so happy ,1000% I will be back next year for breast surgery , won’t ever go elsewhere I cannot tell you and I have to repeat this - how happy I am with my 2 stitch face lift , I’m 45 and now people are asking me , what’s different about you ? There’s something different about you ? You look great no way are you 45 - amazing I’m so happy xx

Hi real-selfers, so after reading lots & lots of reviews on here for months today is my BIG day for explant & uplift I am soooo nervous and even tho I'm 100% sure I want them out I am so scared of what my boobs will look like after. I was a 34 small b before now with these toxic bags I'm a 34dd they are way to big for my small frame weighing in at 7-7 pounds and 5.1 they are hanging really low I can feel the implant ripples my nipples point to the floor I could have a lift with smaller implants but to be honest I just want to be healthy and get these things out of me, I never heard of BII till I came on here and alot of what people say I've had for years but never put them together so I'm hoping I'll see a change once there out. So I'm sitting on my bed all gowned up waiting for my turn 11.30 is my time- ill update when I'm on the other side... wish me luck you lovely people xx Updated on 15 Oct 2021: So I am 3 weeks post op most of the swelling has gone down which I was a little sad about because they looked so good straight after the op as they looked bigger than I expected but hey ho I'm still super happy with a 34b which is what I was before I had 550 implants in the It feels amazing to have them gone so so glad I did it. Still can't sleep on my side yet which is annoying me hate sleeping on my back. I am taking pictures week by week and will upload as soon as I can. Looking forward to my holiday next year I will be able to lay on my front without the balloons in the way also I can buy a size 8 bikini instead of an 18 top and 8 bottom lol. I can't believe how big and saggy they were looking at the picture so happy them big old things are out of my body... I think they are getting smaller by the day I'm going to more 34a by the looks of them but I really don't care I'm so much happier without them.. Not sure what's going on there but let's try again no point in putting after pictures on if you can't see the before lol anyway all still good feeling better day by day my incisions are still not healed suppose it all takes time but fed up of waiting to see the end result Updated on 21 Dec 2021: Hey lovely ladies. I am 3 moths post-op today and all is looking good so far I still don't have a lot of sensation in my nipples as yet but here's hoping :) Still 100% sure I made the right decision to have my implants out they have definitely shrunk since my op I've tried on lots of bras 34b 34a 32a 32b and none of them fit right all too big so I'll have to get measured properly but I love my small boobs after carrying those heavy bags around my breathing is better no more neck/shoulder ache. Plus NO more surgery's for me!!! Updated on 23 Dec 2021: Explant and uplift this will be my third surgery with Mrs cc.kat. First was tummy tuck which had amazing results then had implant exchange as I'd had my old ones with a different company now I'm many years older I felt big boobs was just not me any more plus they had dropped significantly so ended up with big saggy boobs and I am only 5ft and weigh 7.8lb I can not tell you how happy I am they are gone best decision I ever made!! Mrs kat is an excellent surgeon from start to finish I would not go to anyone else no matter what the price she is worth every penny. She has a great team behind her please don't hesitate to have a consultation she puts you at ease straight away and you know she is the surgeon for you! Next on my list is a face-lift and this is the lovely lady I will go too. Updated on 12 Feb 2022: Hey everyone, thought I'd do an update I am 5 months post op and not much has changed I think I'm about where I'm going to stay. I'm 95% happy There's a few little things I wish were better like the areola was smaller and nipples slightly higher but the scarring is literally invisible my PS did a great job. I DO have some wrinkle skin on the upper pole of the breast but I'm not going to let it bother me tho! Updated on 18 Jun 2022: So it's been 4 months since I last posted any pictures so have taken a couple to show you how there looking. Think this is where I'm going to stay now, I'm more than happy with my outcome I feel amazing not having to carry the bags around yes there not perfect I know but as long as I'm happy who cares what anyone else thinks! Recently been on holiday for 2 weeks and it was so nice to be able to buy bikini tops so tiny and not having to strap them up like before so they didn't hang down,I am happy I had them removed no regrets what so ever would never have them again not even if someone offered to pay!!! I am a small 34B I can live with that....xx

So I did it!!!....Well Mrs Kat did it!!! First of all I just want to say I cannot thank Mrs Kat enough...ever!! The team at Kat & Co are amazing!! My nurse Celine was also amazing, lovely lady & a great help. The anaesthetist David and the rest of the surgery team were amazing, put me completely at ease!! Fantastic experience and everyone's amazing lol!! Right now I'm very overwhelmed & also in agony lol but managing so far on paracetamol. I never ever freely show my tummy without feeling disgusted at it...but now it's gone for good I don't mind! I'm so grateful to everyone who has made this achievable for me and supported my decision! I'm showing it to all you guys, as it's posts & reviews like these on social media etc that have helped me make a decision I'd been researching & contemplating for nearly 6 yrs!! This is the site I researched Mrs Kats work on initially too, so if this helps you I'm glad. I love my four kids .... I just couldn't love what pregnancy did to my tummy and believe me I've tried!! Due to previous (unrelated) tummy surgeries and large scars I needed a fleur di lis, rather than a standard TT. I obviously have to recover and heal, it's very early days..... but hopefully will do with no issues! But I already know I'm going to love my new tummy!!! Mrs Kat is really like God in human form!! Thank you so much Mrs Kat and all of the team at Kat & Co xxx (P.s my muscle separation was actually 5cm....not sure how much skin removed atm, but looks a hell of a lot! Updated on 1 Oct 2021: Healing is going well and the results just get better day by day! I can't wait to see how much better it will look over time. I'm now able to do much more everyday things, no real pain. The odd twinge here and there but nothing to worry over. So happy that I had this procedure done.

I Absolutely love my results! I had an explant and uplift. I originally had implants with Kat 12 years ago and it was time for a change. My whole day at the clinic was so relaxed, nurse sally looked after me before and after my surgery and put me at ease she’s an excellent nurse. The twilight anaesthetic was sooooo good if No one had told me it wasn’t general anaesthetic I’d never have known. I was completely asleep and remembered nothing when I woke up. The aftercare was great I felt I was really looked after and made aware of what and what not to do. And the pain relief was great I didn’t feel in pain at all. I’m 3 months post op now and I can’t wait to get in a bikini. The women’s a genius! X

Following my breast lift in November I had my tummy tuck in Feb of this year. I am so glad I had my BL first having two ops at the same time I think I would’ve really struggled. The TT went so smoothly and I had the lovely nurse Nadia taking care of me again which was like talking to an old friend.Kat was so friendly and calm and so I wasn’t nervous at all more excited. Everything went as planned and on time. With the TT (under twilight) I booked a hotel nearby straight after then headed back home the next day. I could at least move the top half of my body without worrying if I’d had a BL I would have been completely unable to do anything.I was taking walks around the house almost immediately then by day 3 was relaxing on the sofa during the day. By day 7 completely up and about just hunched over. All the while I had the nurses whatsapp number for questions and an emergency number if I needed to use it.Honestly i do not regret it for a second and I am so pleased with my body now I can’t wait to get into my bikini! 100% I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m so glad I researched and waited Kat is definitely worth it.
