WORTH IT
Hi real-selfers, so after reading lots & lots of reviews on here for months today is my BIG day for explant & uplift I am soooo nervous and even tho I'm 100% sure I want them out I am so scared of what my boobs will look like after. I was a 34 small b before now with these toxic bags I'm a 34dd they are way to big for my small frame weighing in at 7-7 pounds and 5.1 they are hanging really low I can feel the implant ripples my nipples point to the floor I could have a lift with smaller implants but to be honest I just want to be healthy and get these things out of me, I never heard of BII till I came on here and alot of what people say I've had for years but never put them together so I'm hoping I'll see a change once there out. So I'm sitting on my bed all gowned up waiting for my turn 11.30 is my time- ill update when I'm on the other side... wish me luck you lovely people xx

Your breasts look great! Did you have a lift at the same time? My doctor said do both at the same time but others say wait at least 6 months to do the lift. You are much slimmer than me, but I will be lucky if I have as much breast tissue as you. I always hated being so much smaller on top than I was in the bottom which is why I got implants. I am worried about looking out of proportion again but there's no way I want back on the implant merry go round. How long were your implants in? We the under or over the muscle? Is your health better now. I have symptoms that some people with bii have but I had them before the implants too. I am hoping that my health will improve anyway once they are out. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you:)
I had both removal & lift I wanted this to be my last surgery EVER!!!
I had my first implants in for 12 years then was told they needed changing I had the next ones in for 13 years but I hated them they were to big & saggy for my frame I new they needed changing yet again but I realised I actually didn't want big boobs any more I was excited at the thought of getting them out and couldn't wait.
There not perfect I do miss the volume I had on the upper pole only because the skins a bit saggy but I definitely would never have implants again my breathing is so much better and mentally knowing I haven't got those toxic bags in me makes me feel great!
Buying cloths is so much easier I give up on bras now I don't need them I wear bralettes which I couldn't before because the implants just hung in them and it wasn't a good look lol.
I don't regret it one bit just wish I'd done it years ago....
Good luck on your journey keep us posted xx

So I am 3 weeks post op most of the swelling has gone down which I was a little sad about because they looked so good straight after the op as they looked bigger than I expected but hey ho I'm still super happy with a 34b which is what I was before I had 550 implants in the It feels amazing to have them gone so so glad I did it. Still can't sleep on my side yet which is annoying me hate sleeping on my back. I am taking pictures week by week and will upload as soon as I can. Looking forward to my holiday next year I will be able to lay on my front without the balloons in the way also I can buy a size 8 bikini instead of an 18 top and 8 bottom lol. Pictures to follow :)

Hi sorry to here your having problems it's obvious you are not meant to have them nothing is worth making you I'll or unhappy having bigger boobs is not all its cracked up to be its taken me along time to realise it. I thought I'd be more confident but never was I'm mindfully much happier now I know the toxic bags are out of my body it was always in my mind they should not be there

I think they are getting smaller by the day I'm going to more 34a by the looks of them but I really don't care I'm so much happier without them..

Hi, thanks for sharing your story. You look amazing! I too had 560 cc implants put in 3 years ago. I always had larger breasts (36C) but after 5 children, including a set of twins and breast feeding all of them on average 1.5/2 years in length, they were deflated to say the least. Because my breasts were large (wide) to begin with, I needed larger implants to fill them. I had the option to go 440-480 moderate or 560-600 full projection. Well I made the mistake of asking my hubby and he chose the 560 full and they’ve been too big from the get go. Anyway, I seem to be having similar issues to what other women have described; breathing issues, neck and back pain- so I just want them out and to have a lift. My husband is trying to convince me to just get smaller ones but I want them gone! The only thing I worry about is any numbness the lift may cause. I really worry about decreased sensation to the nipples. I have also had a tummy tuck and sometimes I get an itch but can’t scratch it due to the numbness that I still experience ( I was forewarned). I don’t regret my tummy tuck but it definitely is an odd feeling and I don’t want that feeling in my nipples. Any information would help! Thanks so much!

Hi, I also had a tummy tuck 10 years ago best thing I ever did but I still have numbness in my stomach and I definitely know what you mean about the itching lol. Honestly at the moment I have no feelings in my nipples at all and they are flat I never had big ones to start with but im still waiting for them to come out at least a little bit but I am 5 weeks post op today so still early days for me and I have to say when I had my implants I lost total feeling in my left nipple but my right one I had a bit of sensation I'm really hoping I get it all back ill keep you posted on that one lol. My husband wasn't happy about me having my implants out and asked me to get smaller ones but I was adamant they were going and if he didn't like it he could jog on!!! for once in my life I made a decision for me and I don't regret it one bit...
