4 days post op - so happy with everything, she has a fantastic team

I scheduled my breast reduction with Mrs Kat, there was no doubt it was Mrs Kat I wanted to perform my surgery I only went for a consultation with her and never looked elsewhere , i was so nervous the day off surgery I was in very early so for me that was perfect Jade the receptionist knew I was nervous and made sure I was in as early as possible .
I arrived at 7.30 and I was in the surgery at 8.30 and home by 1 in bed , the Anaesthetist was Dave green and he was fantastic I have to mention him because he was very very professional and nice , with him in the surgery room was another nurse again lovely, and also Katherine the most lovely lady who makes you feel so happy and warm, her persona is amazing and it’s actually exactly what you need before surgery she actually makes me smile before I have surgery - I was given pain killers and everything I would need - but in all honesty I’ve been waiting for ‘ the pain’ and wondering when it may occur because I’ve had none i am 4 days post op ? I can only put this down the the surgeon and how much she takes care when she performs the surgery’s,
Today I had my drains removed and it wasn’t pleasant but it’s the most pain I’ve had since surgery as I’m up and feeling great , I’ve not taken any pain medication only 2 paracetamol and that was purely for the drainage tubes that was so irritating for me on my underarms area - this is the second surgery I’ve had with Mrs Kat and I honestly am so happy with everything - she never seems to rush or feel unable to explain , she has a fantastic team they are all so lovely - genuinely everybody smiles and it’s just a really nice environment to have your surgery in.
