In addition to Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, I would add non-ablative Erbium laser (Fotona) treatments to tighten the skin. I noted a slight volume loss in your temple area and addition of a filler there would help as well. Other options include smooth threads, such as MINT&nbsp;Monothreads, to support the subcutaneous layer and encourage collengen production.

I have already gotten three strong CO2 treatments with virtually no results. I was wondering what kind of results could I see with radio-frequency treatments like Tempsure Envi? Or maybe a filler to smooth out the crows feet?

I wouldn't use Botox in this situation because asymmetric injection could alter your lips during speaking and/or smiling. Dense fillers such as Radiesse or Bellafill would be my first choice, or even fat transfer. I would recommend layered approach with the majority of filler in the deep layer with small amount in the subdermal layer to give you foundation and sculpted look.&nbsp;

I was considering getting fillers for my chin (implant isn't an option). My dermatologist mentioned that she wasn't comfortable giving me fillers yet because my mentalis felt tight, and she said it could move. She suggested botox to relax the mentalis. From what I’ve read, it seems like it’s used to smoothen out dimples or wrinkles on the chin. I have neither so I was hoping to get some information in regards to this and whether this would make my chin appear relatively more pronounced.

Photograph would be helpful to give you a detailed answer, but aside from surgery or neuromodulators, judicious use of non-ablative lasers can help you tighten the tissue around your eye to give the "lift" look without over-exaggeration. I use the Fotona laser exclusively for these types of procedures where non-ablative Erbium is excellent for tightening the epidermis and dermis without ablation or downtime.&nbsp;

i am 18 years old and the shape of my eye is different in each eye,actually one is more almond shape than other.is really annoying that i just want a tiny lift too fix it.I know that i can use botox for that but the problem is not my brow and i want a lift on the side corner and not on my forehead

I don't want to do a surgery is there any other way to fix my eye shape?

Yes, Botox or other neuromodulators are excellent choices to temporarily reduce the bulk of muscular sites such as calves. Proper dosing and selection of injection sites are critical factors in successful outcome, so I would recommend working with an injector who is proficient in this area of sculpting.

I have 16” calves and they do not protrude from the back; instead they curve to the inner side and look massive. I despise them and can’t wear shorts or dresses. They look about the same size as my thighs. I’m interested in doing something minimally invasive like Botox or other injections to make them appear smaller. Is there anything that can be done without major surgery? I am currently losing weight and they just appear larger every week. Help!!!

I would add a little filler under the eyes only, just to even out the depressed area. Your nasolabial folds are normal and I would not advise filling that area.&nbsp;Otherwise, you have a normal, full and youthful face of a 22 year old. Please be careful with the type and amount of filler so you don't end up looking over-filled.&nbsp;

I’m 22 years old and I do not like the lines on my face under my eyes and my nasolabial folds. It makes me look tired and I wanted to know what fuller would i need to make this disappear almost or less noticeable. I have an appointment with my plastic surgeon in a month and I know we will be doing filler under the eyes, but i want to know if there should be filler in the cheek or nasolabial folds.

Yes, I think judiciously placed fillers would be a great option for you to start sculpting your chin. If you like the results, you may decide on a more "permanent" option including implants.&nbsp;

I've looked at a chin implant but I don't really want an operation unless absolutely necessary. Would fillers even out my side profile? Thanks.

You have volume loss in the mid-face resulting in accentuation of the lower eye "bags." Perhaps due to weight loss or just genetic makeup.
At your stage, I would start with fillers to add volume and sculpt the mid-face, including the areas under the eyes and gently accentuate the cheek bones. IMO, I would approach your face in a series of 2 or 3 sessions to gradually and naturally reach your goal.

I am a 28 year old and ever since early 20s I've had eye bags, in the last couple years they have become more pronounced and this year i noticed them darker. I understand fillers are a more temporal decision and for that reason I would prefer to do surgery but I don't know if my case is apt for surgery. My face is pretty round and I wouldn't want to look more round if I start putting fillers in it. First of all, you have a lovely smile. A&nbsp;smile is a reflection of your personality and spirit, rather than the size of your lips. So I hope you can get over your insecurity about your lip size.
Having said that, hyaluronic acid products are usually the first line of fillers for lip injections.&nbsp;Your vermillion border is a little prominent, so I would suggest concentrating on the body of the lips to plump them up rather than accentuating the borders. In my opinion, lips are the most difficult areas to inject in the face.&nbsp;Please find an experienced lip injector who understands how to balance the lips themselves as well as their relation to your entire face.&nbsp;

Hey! I have extremely small lips. They make me feel insecure. I even try to not smile from embarrassment. Recently, I realized that I would like to take action and get lip injections. I would continue with your current regimen of skin care products and IPL. Mild redness in your cheeks suggest possible rosacea. For the lines under your eyes, I would suggest a non-ablative Erbium laser for epidermal tightening. This is a very quick, no downtime treatment that can go a long way to decrease the fine lines.

Hello, I'm currently under a sking care regimen based on skinmedica products(TNS Essential serum, TNS iluminating eye cream, HA5) and also taking care of pigmentation issues with my skin ( IPL AND BBL lasers) wondering what would be the best treatment on texture improvement (I've never done any botox or laser for texture just micrdermoabrassion in the past)

I don't see your full face so it's a little limited, but the main issue I see is loss of volume in your face, especially under the eyes and cheeks. The lower portion of the temples also seem concave, so I think&nbsp;there is some volume loss there too.&nbsp;
Volume loss at any age accentuates the aging process, so I suggest starting from restoring volume. Find an experience injector and plan out a strategy to systematically restore facial fullness&nbsp;and that should go a long way&nbsp;toward looking more your age.

I have very deep tear troughs (genetic) and my undereyes often look purple. I feel like the rest of my face is sagging. I have always wanted rhinoplasty and an upper blepharoplasty but I am curious if fillers in my undereye, or cheeks, or nasolabial folds would help? Would some type of surgery be better? I have developed a lot of insecurity because of how old I get told I look. Please excuse my skin, tried a face mask that irritated it!
