Dr Brady and staff are amazing from day 1. She walks you through the procedure from start to finish and what to expect post-op. The surgery was painless and went very smoothly. Karen is the best and managed to fit me in the schedule as soon as possible and answer all financial aspects. Jennifer is great and is available to answer all questions regarding surgery. Dr. Brady and her team are the epitome of excellence in healthcare. Their patient care is exemplary, and they should be the model for other healthcare providers. From the moment I met Karen, the patient care coordinator, to the comprehensive education I received about my procedures, pre-surgery preparations, and post-recovery care, I was thoroughly impressed. Karen provided me with a detailed book that guided me as a patient, outlining what to expect before, during and after the surgery. The surgical center staff was incredibly kind and supportive. Stacy and Lovi were particularly attentive to my needs. Both my surgical nurses were phenomenal. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the names of my anesthesiologist and post-recovery nurse, but they were equally excellent. To top it off, someone from Dr. Brady’s office called me daily to check on my progress and answer any questions I may have had (Jennifer was a sweetheart). They insured that I had good pain control as well. I can’t express how positive my experience was with Dr. Brady and her team. There was one small hiccup with billing, Karen rectified very quickly and within 48 hours I had a refund as promised. As a healthcare professional myself, I strive for this type of excellence in my own practice. My mother, who has been a nurse for over 45 years, accompanied me for my surgery and continue to state how impressed she was with the professionalism and the kindness that was expressed during my care, Unfortunately, it’s not always the norm in the healthcare industry any longer. If you’re considering surgery with Dr. Brady, I want to assure you that you’ll have all the answers you need and will be well-cared for throughout the process.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Brady and her practice. The process of having surgery at the Women’s Wellness Institute was seamless from start to finish (with an incredibly sweet surprise of fresh flowers after my surgery)! Every practitioner that was a part of my surgical process was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. It is rare that you are able to sit down with your doctor and build rapport, but Dr. Brady always took the time to answer my questions and ease my nerves.
