Dr. Mary Gingrass is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Nashville and co-director of the Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville. A third-generation plastic surgeon, Dr. Gingrass has been in practice for over 26 years. She specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, but she also offers nonsurgical procedures—from Botox and facial fillers to CoolSculpting—to address her patients’ common cosmetic concerns. Dr. Gingrass is known nationally for her work in the field of body contouring. She was one of the first plastic surgeons in the U.S. to use ultrasound-assisted liposuction and remains active teaching body contouring techniques to other surgeons across the country. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Gingrass received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She completed general surgery and plastic surgery training at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in cosmetic and breast enhancement surgery at Nashville Plastic Surgery. Dr. Gingrass is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which ensures plastic surgeons have a high level of education and training, are well-versed in the most advanced technology and techniques, and work in accordance with the highest ethical standards. She is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and was inducted into the prestigious American Association of Plastic Surgeons in 2007, as well as the RealSelf 100 & 500 Hall of Fame. Dr. Gingrass is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Melinda Haws has been a board-certified plastic surgeon in Tennessee for over two decades. As the co-director of the Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville, she specializes in breast augmentation, tummy tucks (abdominoplasty), and mommy makeovers. A strong believer in doctor-patient rapport, she prides herself on building a comfortable, candid partnership that delivers patients results that they’re happy with. Dr. Haws received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield where she stayed to complete both her residencies in general surgery and plastic surgery. Before moving into private practice, she taught as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno. A distinguished inductee to the RealSelf 100 and 500 Hall of Fame, Dr. Haws is an active member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
