Dr Gallaher and his staff did very good before and after my surgery. I want to go back and get a thigh and arm lift. I highly recommend Dr Gallaher, I’ve never felt more beautiful. If you are thinking about having this surgery, just do it.

Wow! What a life changing event for me! I had a tummy tuck in April 2022. The staff at Dr. Gallaher’s office are top notch. I was so well taken care of before and especially after my surgery. Dr. Gallaher changed my whole life. He knew exactly how to shape my body and gave me exactly what I had always wanted after having kids. The office is extremely welcoming and professional! From calling to make an appointment to checkout, the process is seamless. The staff are always so sweet. The injectors I have used, Chelsea and Laurel, we’re so easy to talk to and provided quality results!!

BREAST EXPLANT- After consulting with multiple surgeons and saying MANY prayers….literally sleepless nights unsure of which surgeon to choose…I chose Dr. Gallaher and knew he was the right choice. I had many breast surgeries in the past with a different local Dr. Two surgeries in the past year including an anchor lift. I had grade 3 contracture in one side and the other was starting to contract as well. I had 700cc textured implants. I was ready for a very bad visual as I felt there wasn’t much that could be done to restore my breasts. I am 4 days PO today and I honestly can not believe how good I look. I’m maybe a A/small B. My breasts are going to heal and look so beautiful and natural. Every day I see changes and I can not express how thankful I am to Dr. G. He was confident and pulled through. Chelsea, his nurse has been amazing. The surgery center was perfect, one of the nurses even prayed with me before surgery. This whole experience has been incredible. I am a 36a and completely healed. It’s an adjustment from a 36e ha ha! So happy tho! I don’t even need a bra anymore so that’s amazing. I am sharing an updated pic. Definitely the best decision for me. Updated on 28 Mar 2023: In the end I chose to reimplant. I looked very good considering what Dr. G had to work with, but ultimately I was mentally not ok. I am 4 weeks po with a small saline implant and so far very happy. I chose Dr. G for the reimplant and so far things are going great. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am 52 and put a lot of thought in what results I was looking for and if this surgery was for me. I absolutely love my tummy tuck and lipo results. During the first two week recovery I was not certain I had made the right choice with having surgery, however by the end of the 2nd week I was feeling much better and absolutely loved the results I saw. I am 10 weeks post-op and am continually seeing improvements. II most definitely would go to Dr. Gallaher again for surgery. His staff made me feel very comfortable and were always helpful during the many times I called with questions. I feel better than I have since I was in my early 30’s. I just wish I had done this 10 years ago. Updated on 26 Oct 2021: I have never felt better!! I have no regrets. Not looking to be a bikini babe just hoping to move and feel better. Down 22 lbs since 1 month before surgery. My only regret is I waited so long. I am still in baggy clothes just due to habit but I am trying new tighter options Updated on 28 Oct 2021: I have always worn baggy clothes which I find myself having a difficult time breaking his habit. I’m trying slowly to get out of this habit because I feel like I look good and more form fitting clothes. Updated on 3 Nov 2021: I am still in the habit of wearing looser clothing styles just because old habits are hard to break. I am slowly getting to where I will wear more formfitting clothes. To date I have lost 28 pounds just due to motivation from the surgery. I still eat what I want but just not for every meal every day. I have never felt better! Actually after looking through my photos I could not find many photos of the pre-surgery that were not just headshots. I would always zoom in so that I would not have to see the full body shot. Updated on 24 Nov 2021: 15 weeks post op and have never felt better or healthier. I am down 2 sizes and am thrilled with the results. I am glad to answer any questions for anyone considering this procedure.

Dr. Gallaher is amazing!! He is not only a surgeon but an artist. I’m so happy with my results that my only regret is not doing this years ago. Not only is he wonderful but his staff is also. I’d highly recommend him, and do, to anyone contemplating plastic surgery.

Dr. Gallaher and his staff are the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. My husband and I are so thankful for Dr. Gallaher. Not only did he help me to look and feel normal after a bilateral mastectomy and chemo, he supported us emotionally through the process. We drove 1 1/2 hours one way each visit, and it was completely worth it. We highly recommend Gallaher Plastic Surgery.

I've used Dr Gallaher, MD many, many times over the years. He did my breast cancer reconstruction as well as removed a tattoo, face lift and two fraxel lazer treatments. I can't say enough about how friendly the whole group is. They go out of their way to speak to you and ask how you've been. Everyone from the desk forward will greet you with a smile and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. This is a very down to earth, but very professional group of people. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Gallaher and staff are the best in any medical profession I have met. I wanted a breast implant replacement .I was very impressed with the way the doctor and staff listened to my needs. I had no issues with the healing process. I am so pleased with the results and my husband calls the doctor his hero. If you're looking for the best doctor , this is the one. Stop looking !!
