You look great! I’m so happy for you! I’m getting extended abdominoplasty with muscle repair and lipo in January and I’m nervous, excited, etc. Any recs for compression garments, low sodium foods, etc.?? Thanks!

The first week I thought I would not of done it had I known what that week was going to be like however on the 2nd week I was feeling much better. I have no regrets and feel as good as I did in my 30’s. Definitely no regrets. Good luck!

I am still in the habit of wearing looser clothing styles just because old habits are hard to break. I am slowly getting to where I will wear more formfitting clothes. To date I have lost 28 pounds just due to motivation from the surgery. I still eat what I want but just not for every meal every day. I have never felt better! Actually after looking through my photos I could not find many photos of the pre-surgery that were not just headshots. I would always zoom in so that I would not have to see the full body shot.

you need to kick that habit now. Get those form fitting outfits on. You look great so stop hiding.

I have always worn baggy clothes which I find myself having a difficult time breaking his habit. I’m trying slowly to get out of this habit because I feel like I look good and more form fitting clothes.
