I am so happy I did this surgery. I would say I only regretted it the first week because to be honest, it is painful! Just be prepared to sleep on your back for a month, maybe start practicing ahead of time. By the third week, I knew it was the best thing I ever did! Just follow what they tell you to do and try to get off the painkillers as soon as possible so you can get moving around.
