On the day of the surgery I met with Dr. Papillion one last time. They prepped me and got me all ready for the surgery. Next thing I know I'm being helped to the car. I slept the rest of the day. Smooth surgery.
The first week after surgery was a little rough. I have always been a stomach sleeper, so you can imagine how well I slept the first week in a movie theater recliner on my back.
The doctor called in my prescriptions the week prior to my surgery, so I was comfortable knowing they were already at home if I needed them. I took the prescriptions as instructed, but did not need the pain meds after the first week. I went to a family Thanksgiving dinner 9 days after surgery with no problems other than a couple of extra tight hugs. Gotta love family!
I went from an A cup to a D cup in Victoria Secret bras. Dr. Papillion and I agreed 375ccs would be a good fit for my body along with a breast lift. He ended up having to take an additional 50ccs out of each breast because of how droopy my breasts were, so he put in an additional 50ccs in each. The "girls" were sitting high and tight right after surgery, and it was a little bit of a shock at first. A cup to a D cup overnight. Granted, they were still swollen and all, but I was excited!
Now, a little over 2 months out, I absolutely LOVE them. I get so many compliments that I am just glowing and, "Have you lost weight?" I did not want it to be obvious that I had this procedure done. I have only told a few family members and close friends so far. Once I told them, they were like, "I knew something was different, I just couldn't tell what it was!" Dr. Papillion did such a great job. They look natural. Without me telling someone I had this done, I do not think anyone would know. That is exactly what I wanted. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

From the very first meeting with Dr. Papillion I knew he was the perfect doctor for me. He gave me and my husband ample time to ask any and all questions we had about the procedure. We had already been to another Plastic Surgeon in another city that did my cousins breast surgeries. I was excited for that first consultation only to be let down and disappointed. I did not feel like the doctor cared about me, and I was just another surgery and more money in her pocket. I thought this surgery just was not for me at that point. Weeks later my husband came across great reviews on Dr. Papillion while looking up plastic surgeons in the area. We made the appointment. Once again, I was excited but not going to let myself get my hopes up like last time. Completely different experience. I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole process. He has given me his full attention at each appointment. He cares about his patients. Dr. Papillion gave us his cell phone number after the surgery in case we should need it. What doctor does that?! We never needed it. Everything went smoothly. I could go on and on about Dr. Papillion. Great doctor that does beautiful work. I would and will recommend him to anyone and everyone!
