THE BEST doctor and the most class act person I have ever seen in my whole life in every possible way. Professor Sailer has brought me back to life. The results are beyond belief and joy with highest level of excellence. Professor Sailer and the amazing team at the clinic make you feel as if you are among a very loving family. The way they deeply care about everything is beyond measure. I will never be able to put my gratitude in words but I sincerely recommend the clinic to anyone who is looking for magnificent results. I am a doctor and did a lot of research in the US, Europe, Brazil and South Korea yet no one is able to perform like Professor Sailer and his adorable team. Profesor Sailer is a good man. His wife Dr. Sailer ist auch sehr gute Frau, und beide sind nett und sehr menschlich. Ich habe mit meinem Angst vor OP zu tun gehabt , aber die hatten sehr große Verständnis. Ich kann die nur empfehlen. I was unhappy with I looked from the side, my nose was to big with a hump and I had a week chin. I discussed with my husband that I want to improve my facial appearance and believe me, my husband is not a big fan of plastic surgery and the most important for him was that I look still natural and keep my natural beauty. He told me that he's agree with the surgery but only on the condition that we choose the best possible plastic surgeon. After an extensive research I decided to make an appointment with Prof. Sailer. I was very impressed what I read about Prof. Sailer. My husband did his own research and realized that Prof. Sailer is one of the world’s most experienced expert in the field of maxillofacial surgery and he agreed that we should meet him. The first visit at Sailerclinic was an amazing experience. If you plan a visit with Prof. Sailer please reserve several !!hours!! Where in this busy world doctors take still time for theyr patients??? At Sailerclinic they are really focussed in the patients needs and also one of the best Cappuccino in town awaits you! Our first meeting took more than 2 hours! Prof. Sailer, Dr. Sailer and the whole team are extraordinary personalities. Prof. Sailer presented me the ideal solution to improve the appearance of my face. I also loved the idea very much to put my chin forward by using my own bown instead of an implant. I thought that I am the patient but when we first met Prof. Sailer he also found out the reason of my husbands sleep apnea and presented him the first suitable solution to solve this problem after all the years my husband fighted with this problem. He saw many doctors - unsuccessful. Incredible how Prof. Sailer and Dr. Sailer care for theyr patients. Before surgery I had several meetings at Sailerclinic and they always had an open ear for all my needs and questions. I finally went into surgery full of confidence and trust and as expected, Prof. Sailer did not disappoint me - I am more than happy with my new face!!! I have an amazing sweet shaped nose who looks beautiful and natural and my chin was placed forward exactly the right amount and he shaped it pointier, exactly like I desired it. My face is now well shaped and balanced and I also earned a new self esteem - finally my face looks so pretty and the way I desired It all my life! I am so thankful to Prof. Sailer and I warmly recommend him! Here you are in save and best hands and best results are guaranteed. And the best - my husband is in love again with me thanks to my new sweet face!!! :) Also the care after surgery was more than anyone could expect. You don't feel like in a hospital - you feel more like in a 5 star hotel :) and that helps you to forget about the discomfort after surgery! Prof. Sailer & Dr. Sailer are there 24 hours / 7 days for theyr patients.

I am a naturally slim woman, but I am genetically pre-disposed to some back fat. My husband tells me that its negligible .. but it bothered me a lot. I am very careful about how I dress. I couldn't wear tank tops or certain type of sports bra because I felt that the rolls of fat hung over and looked unsightly. Dr Sailer was simply brilliant!! I am so happy with the result. I can now wear backless dresses with confidence. Amazing surgeon, great result. I am very happy :-)

I have to say my experience with Professor Sailer is the best anyone could ever hope for. He not only helped me rediscover my best self, he actually literally saved my life! After feeling very ill and getting very high blood pressure, Professor Sailer took over my medical care and took care of me during my hospital stay then made sure every specialist came to take the best care of me possible. I was traveling alone and Switzerland is not familiar to me, Professor Sailer and Dr. Erica Schwob made me feel so well cared for, I couldn’t have been better at home! After I was discharged, he even came to my hotel to pick me up and accompany me in person to some of the specialist appointments when I wasn’t feeling well. Professor Sailer also did an MRI and actually found a large tumor that would have otherwise rendered me completely blind, and again found the leading expert in how to remedy the situation in the least invasive way possible. It is thanks to him that I am whole, and I cannot possibly recommend any doctor more dedicated, thoughtful, thorough and brilliant in the world!

Since my childhoodI had problems because of mine to my small chin. I was often teased and was very shy. Start of this year I have found the swiss "Clinic Prof. Sailer" on the internet. In this clinic my chin was enlarged. The operation was not cheap but painless. I can only recommend this clinic, because now I`m looking very good. I am so happy - thanks a lot to Prof. Sailer and his team.

Had chin implant 2 years ago which left me with a wonky smile and constant discomfort. The surgeon who did the implant surgery agreed things were not right and offered correction. But than closed shop and moved country. I did a lot of research and found Dr Sailer. I am ecstatic with the result. I am posting some before and after pics. I will post better after pics soon. I had subconsciously stopped smiling for 3 years post the chin implant surgery. I found myself pursing my lips even after the geneoplasty as I had become so conditioned to not smiling!! Have to remind myself that it's ok to laugh out loud and smile for the pics :-) Updated on 1 Apr 2016: I have been reading and re-reading the damning review of IsabellaJosephine re Dr Sailer trying to make sense. Sorry IsabellaJosephine, I am sorry but so many things don't sound right. For example ... The Staff told you that Dr Sailers patients are psychopaths!! It's only fair that I write about my experience in detail. Dr Sailer, his wife Dr Erika and the staff were AMAZING. Dr Sailer spent over an hour with me on consultation and answered all my questions. Dr Erika spent half a day with me going over every single detail ... I felt at ease and impressed. I was relaxed and excited about the surgery. The clinic is equipped with the most modern technology. They did 3-D X-Ray's to study my chin implant from every angle. Dr Sailer had my X-Ray on display with rest of the team and myself in the room where we discussed in detail the surgery and my expectations. When I woke up after the surgery ... I felt AMAZING. As u can see from the post-op pic taken on the day. No bruising, no pain. The guy is a magician!! I felt well enough to go out that night but Dr Sailer asked me to take it easy and stay in. Dr Sailer is kind, friendly, AMAZING surgeon, the man is magician or a god-like creature. He did not talk me into having 'other' things done. In fact if I mentioned other bits that bothered me ... He discouraged me if he felt that it was not necessary. Final note: Dr Sailer is a pioneer in his field. He trains other doctors in maxiofacial and other procedures (I don't know the medical language very well). Not to mention ... his charity helps thousands of kids in 3rd world countries who are born with deformed faces. So the cost of the procedure with Dr sailer may be higher than the going rate but you get exceptional results, care and not to mention part of the payment goes str8 to charity. Google him and judge for your self. I did my research and I am so so happy to have found him. He gave me my smile back. I decided to write this review, because I have read that a lot of people here on this forum are unhappy with their results of a buccal fat removal operation and are searching for a reversal. I had my buccal fat pads removed from my cheeks (buccal fat removal) one year ago in Germany and was very unhappy with the result. It made me look older and tired. I wanted my full cheeks back. I came across this forum and asked („ask a doctor“) if it is possible to reverse a buccal fat removal. Some surgeons recommend me a fat transfer to replace the lost fat of my lower cheeks, but that was not what I wanted. A fat transfer is very unpredictable. Nobody in the world can tell if it is permanent (there exists no scientific proof) and how much of it reabsorbs in the first 3-6 months after the procedure. Finally my researches brought me to a highly skilled and very experienced surgeon in Zurich (Switzerland), named Professor Sailer. He told me about an "implant solution" (lyophilized cartilage). It is possible to augment the place where the buccal fat resides (under the masseter muscle) with lyo-cartilage. I think there exists no better solution. I had my operation six months ago, and the final result is great. It is permanent and looks very natural. I have my full cheeks back again. But as always, there is also a disadvantage, he is expensive, you will need a lot of money.

For my opinion, you have to be careful with Prof. Sailer. I've seen many patients of Prof. Sailer and many of them have very overdone, unnatural appearance and some of them are very unhappy with their surgical outcome. If natural result is important for you, I would not recommend Prof Sailer as you may end up with very unnatural appearance and it will be difficult or impossible to correct or revise. May be some patients are satisfied with their results, but I would not rely on pictures which they show, as they do not reflect reality quite enough to judge the results. However, Prof. Sailer seems to be a nice person and clinic care is organized well.

All that glitters is not gold. Don‘t trust Prof. Sailer or his make-believe clinic. Ever since the bilateral masseter reduction he performed back in 2003, I have been left with severe tissue scarring that has caused a massively limited jaw range of motion. My mouth opening was reduced to 1.8cm max, which equals 0.7 inches. I have been going through various surgical procedures for the past 17 years, without success. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to improve my situation. Everything has become a challenge, be it eating or brushing my teeth etc. A lot of doctors and orthodontists can’t treat me or ask for surcharges due to the extremely limited jaw range of motion. Don‘t go to see Prof. Sailer. It’s all about the money and not about the patients. His high-end range of prices has left me indebted with irreversible suffering for the rest of my life. I want to spare as many patients as possible from having their lives ruined the way he has ruined mine. Once he has the money he will leave you high and dry with the damage he has caused.
