I had twins six years ago. They were big babies at 6.2 lbs and 7 lbs. My stomach never recovered and I was left with a ton of extra skin, regardless of how healthy I ate and worked out. My breasts were also a disaster. I went to Dr. Garritano for a breast lift, areola reduction, tummy tuck with muscle repair, chin lipo and lipo to the flanks. I am so happy with the finished product! My scars are minimal. I am healing very well. My belly button looks like a normal belly button. My stomach is flat and beautiful! My breasts look like I have implants, even though I don’t; they’re lifted and beautiful. I feel amazing in my new body! Dr. Garritano called to check on me after I got home from the hospital and was always delightful during post op check ups. I also found the price to be absolutely fair. I am so glad I found Dr. Garritano and I would absolutely recommend him to my girlfriends if they wanted to have a mommy makeover.

Got breast implants on February 20th 2020! How to make me laugh the size decision up to my surgeon based on my size. He ended up going with 300 cc's in each breast with saline implants! Before surgery I was a 34 A/B, I now am 11 weeks post op with no complications size 34D! My left breast stayed significantly larger than my right for about 3 to 4 weeks after surgery. However now the size is much more symmetrical and even on both sides I couldn't be happier! Updated on 7 May 2020: 11 weeks post op 300cc breast implants. I never had a size difference before surgery and even when surgeon measured at preoperative he said I was almost perfect even measurements however after surgery my left breast is larger, noticeably, and still is. Anyone else experience this? Updated on 11 Aug 2020: It's been almost six months since my surgery. So much has happened.. I lost my mom. All this coronavirus stuff. Lockdown. Just a lot of stuff has me down. But one thing that does not have me down is my boobs! I'm so glad I got them done before all this stuff happened I'm so glad I got them done at all!! My left breast is still larger than my right breast. It's still protrudes more to me when looking down so that is what bothers me but sometimes it's not noticeable sometimes it is. I'm so 100% satisfied with that because I know I was basically even through measurements before the same amounts were put in so I think it's the way my body is sitting. I've had some back issues and posture issues and my chiropractor thinks my rib cage sits off-centered which would give the illusion of a more protruding breast. I am still about a 32d is what most bras I have are. A small Victoria's Secret sports bra and I have recently been buying Aerie bras in size 32d Updated on 20 Apr 2021: Couldn't be better. No complaints except I wish I would have gone larger LOL. Scars are super small.... bathing suits and bras fit amazing. I'm about a 32D everywhere. Size difference seems to me because of my back problems. Because both are proportionally equal after being measured so I haven't thought much about it

I gained 65 pounds with my beautiful, identical twin girls. They were six pounds a piece (bug for identical!) and I'm proud to say I carried them for 36 weeks and delivered two healthy babies via c-section. I have saggy, lose skin and fat starting slightly above my belly button. Less than two weeks until my surgery. I'm getting a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. I've selected silicone, under the muscle. What do I need to get?!! I have two zip up sports bras and Tylenol so far. Updated on 11 Feb 2017: Today is Saturday and my surgery is Tuesday. I'm getting a little anxious because I have a new head cold. Only symptom is congestion though so I don't think they will cancel my surgery. I will be calling the doctor on Monday. I stopped taking all vitamins and ibuprofen products last week. Yesterday morning I took DayQuil because I wasn't thinking. It's acetaminophen based though so it should be okay. I also take unisom every night. I told the nurse from the surgery center when she called and she only told me to stop taking my multi-vitamin. Any recommendations on what I need for after surgery? I got cleansing wet wipes, zip up sports bras and Tylenol. I see some people getting different supplements and I am not sure why. If anyone has any insight, I would love to hear it! Updated on 23 Feb 2017: Dr. Garritano said I'm not normal... I didn't feel any discomfort or pain with my muscle repair and tummy tuck. The most painful thing has only been the muscle pain from my BA. I'm 9dpo and feel amazing. Very little swelling, my incisions are healing very well and my follow up appointments have been fantastic. Dr. Garritano is a boob god! If you live in Youngstown, Ohio and need any of the procedures I got..... GO see him! I look like me again. The me before I had my twins is back. My boobs are identical to when I was 20 (which is what I wanted)! My belly button is mine since he just repositioned it. I was concerned about a fake looking belly button but again, he's the best. Can't say enough good things!! SO happy and grateful to have such a talented surgeon in my home town.
