Today was the day the doc put in my gummy bears! I was originally a 34 b and looks like I'll be a large c cup. It's hard to determine with it being so new.
I'm 5"1', 105 lbs, Asian. I'm small framed and I work out a lot and doc recommended we go dual plane because the risk of it showing above the muscle would've been too obvious. I'm also getting a scar revision from my original tummy tuck last year ( by a different surgeon). I had some flappy folds and a raised scar I was very self-conscious about. And surprisingly, I barely feel any pain from there.
I've thought about this a lot and I finally found a surgeon who I felt very comfortable with. I'm in a lot of pain and feel very swollen. I wish I had stronger pain meds! It's day 1! I'll keep posting on the progress and booby pic coming soon!

I woke up sooo sore! But as the day goes on it gets a little easier. I still need help getting in and out of the recliner. It feels so tight. I took a few pic of day 1. You can definitely tell they're swollen. Pain meds are taken as doctor prescribed, and pain is tolerable with it. My butt is sore from sleeping up.

Still sore but I'm moving around more than i thought. Took pain meds as prescribed by doc. It was easer for me to get in and out of my recliner by myself, but I do need help first thing in the morning. I'm craving coffee, but not sure that it's the best thing for me right now. My boyfriend has been extremely helpful and has done everything around the house, poor thing. ,on top of running businesses. I'm actually not too drowsy to get some emails from work responded to. Although, I can't promise that they're all as coherent as they usually are. My pain is less so than yesterday, but still very much there. Here are some updated pics. Not sure I see much difference than yesterday, but it's a process! Can't wait to see what it looks like once they D&F! I'm not even sure what size bras I'll be wearing?!

Saw Dr. Lawson this am and he joked and asked if we were still friends. I smiled and said we're better friends than ever! I'm happy with the progress we've made so far and he seems to think so too. Dr. says 325 cc's was perfect for my body frame. The pain is not so terrible like day 1 and 2, but it still comes and goes. Considering we're only 3 days post, I'm moving around a lot better than I anticipated and I'm able to correspond back and forth with emails from work easily and getting in and out of recliner is better. I took more photos to show progress and also put a before and after pre-op and 3 days post-op pic together for you all to see the difference so far. I'm also cleared to take showers now, but really not sure how I'll be able to wash my hair. I guess I'll need some help in that arena. All in all, I had a good report and really so lucky I chose my PS for my BA and tummy tuck scar revision. I go back in 10 days to see him.

Last night I had bad dreams and my boyfriend says they're most likely from the Percocet's, so I think I'll not take them at night anymore. I'm going to try to lower my dosage now since my pain is lessening everyday. Continuing my antibiotics like doc says to and laying low on daily activity for a fast recovery. I'm itching to get some work on my laptop done, but really don't want to overdo it. So for now, emails and corresponding is all I'm doing on my phone. My Nanny has been helping me with the girls to help things flow smoother in the household and allow my boyfriend to work. My girls have been sweet and delightful during this. It may be pointless updating photos today, but I'll put them up for anyone curious as to what progress is. Today, shower, listen to music, and emails, lots of emails.

It was my first day out besides seeing PS. Nothing strenuous, but went to the nail salon and a restaurant with a friend. It was 3 hours total out, but at the end of it I was out! I also didn't mention, I sat up at my desk doing work for 3+ hours as well. Point is, I'm feeling lots better, but get tired very easily. I think it's my body's way of saying, slow down and let yourself heal. I'm still taking pain meds in the am and at night. Here are some photos I took today after my outing and a sorts bra purchased from Victoria Secrets. It's very subtle change, but I'm liking how they are settling.

I'm finally done with Christmas. Even with just managing the cooking, the organizing, and the cleaning it left me more drained than I imagined. I had to take 4 breaks during the day alone in my room 15-30 mins at a time. I do that because I really don't want to mess up the artwork PS did with TT scar revision and BA. I haven't updated and I like to see progress of others, so attached are my day 9 pic. The secret for pain management-don't do too much, or else feel the sore come on.... and today... I'm sore. I promised myself the next two days will be full of lounging and ice cream. Not easy for a go getters like us!

It's looking very nice considering it's only a little past two weeks. I'm really happy I chose the right PS. I really want to rant a commercial right now, but he did a great job on my BA and my TT revision. Dr. Lawson is a fairly young PS, but he cares about his work and obviously does his Homework. I told him I wanted a natural young look and I feel I'm getting there. My revision from TT still doesn't hurt at all and it looks so "clean". I didn't expect such great results from that procedure. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks! I'm still taking it easy, I don't want to mess anything up.

So, I'm almost 6 weeks. My implants are starting to mold real well with my body. I was happy 2 weeks ago and continue to feel better about them as my muscles settle over them. As a reminder, I have cohesive shaped 325 cc's dual plane in each breast. I was very unhappy with my breast after having two girls and breastfeeding over a year on one! I love my girls... just not so much my breast before BA. I wouldn't go back in changing my implant choice, because I don't think any other implant type would've given me the "real" young look I was looking for, without having seem fake. I feel 18 all over again!
I did do lots of body lifting (aerial pole acrobats) before my BA, and I probably won't be able to do that for a while... kinda sad, but I guess it's worth the BA. I'll be asking him how long it will be to get back into that on Wednesday.
I did develop contact dermatitis under both breasts, and PS said to air it and go braless at home. I stopped doing everything that might've caused it in the first place, and poof, it's gone. No more rash! That's been my only problem since my BA. So I've had a pretty smooth recovery all in all. Oh, I've also started scar care. I'm using Silagen, a silicone gel, recommended by my PS. The gel stays on well and apply it about 2-3 times a day on my TT scar and under both breasts. It's hard to take a look under the breast but seems to show great improvement on my TT scar.

I wanted to share how sexy they look in a dress and how conservative you can look. You get the best of both worlds! Lol, kinda like dressing them up for sexiness and dressing them down for a conservative look! I hope you ladies find this helpful!

So, here are my pre-op BA photos. I couldn't find any before Tummy Tick photos for my other friends, but I'll be updating my TT scar photos in a few days.
