$11,000Breast Lift with Implants

Wylies_Mom

37 Y/o, Breastfed Two Years, 2 Children, 137 Lbs 5 Ft 6.

I had a breast lift and augmentation done on December 16, 2020. I chose to have my implants place over the muscle because of the active lifestyle I lead. I didn’t want animation when I exercised. My implants ended up being 440 cc’s each. I with with Nitrelle cohesive silicone implants. Aside from some bruising and soreness, recovery has been relatively uneventful. I am currently 25 days post op and feeling great! I finally fill up a bra cup!!!! Updated on 17 Jan 2021: So far, I’m absolutely loving them! The incisions around the nipples are healing nicely, as are the incisions under the breast. I am using Biocorneum twice daily, doing my massages often and that’s it. Still not wearing a bra, which is glorious! I can’t wait to see them when they’ve full settled! Updated on 2 Feb 2021: It’s been almost 7 weeks since my procedure and recovery itself has been a breeze! Unfortunately, covid decided to make it’s way through my house so we’ve all been home for several weeks at this point. Thursday, the last victim is free from quarantine! Woohoo! Just wanted to share some pics. Please excuse all the lines on my stomach and the weird impression from my nipple being flattened by my bra...my son fell asleep on my lap right before these pictures. Updated on 2 Feb 2021: Top pic is 2 weeks 2 days Bottom pic is 6 weeks 6 days I am so happy I did this and I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Ferrari and his team! I highly recommend them if you live in the Charlotte area or any surrounding areas. Updated on 2 Feb 2021: I have tried to upload this picture so many times. Hopefully this time works. The top picture is two weeks the bottom picture is seven weeks! I can definitely see the dropping and fluffing going on. I am so happy I decided to go through with this. I went from approximately a 36A to a 36D! I highly recommend Dr. Ferrari and his team to anyone who lives in or around the Charlotte area! Updated on 10 Feb 2021: I went to my two month follow up and everything is looking great! I don’t need to go back until my year check up. He did measure me for a bra because trying on bras during this Covid mess is near impossible. I measured as a 34 C which is odd because I’ve always been 36 width. A 34 cuts my circulation off. I currently have 3 tshirt bras, one is a 36 C, one is a 36 D, and the other is just a medium. I did buy a push up today just to see what they look like all jacked up and wow! I’m impressed! I bought a 36 C and on the largest hook setting, it’s still a little tight so I know a 34 wouldn’t work. I am including pictures. The first picture in the gray bra is the 36D T-shirt bra. The second picture in the cream colored bra is the 36C push-up bra.

Amazing. Loved everything. No complaints

I’ve had my augmentation for 6 years now. I had a modest augmentation and had the incision through my armpit. Amazing results still 6 years later. Scars are great and overall healing process was easy with his regiment. People are usually very surprised to find out my boobs are implants since they look so real and fit my body perfectly. I enjoyed the privacy of his practice since it was not in a hospital and I had no surprise fees.

Fantastic Experience!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Dr Ferrari. The entire process was smooth and easy. The staff is fantastic and everyone is very knowledgable and also very friendly. I never felt like just another patient, I felt like the staff really took the time to make sure my experience was perfect for me and really listened to what I wanted. Dr Ferrari is so kind and so skilled, I was very confident that he would do the best job and he did not disappoint. This is by far the best plastic surgeon in charlotte and they really do live up to the claim of 'natural looking results', I could not be happier with my decision to choose Dr Ferrari!

Excellent work done here!

I’ve had Lipo of abdominal and flanks, tummy tuck, and Botox from premier plastic surgery. And it is all top of the line. I initially wanted 5 different procedures and after my evaluation, he talked me out of everything! He said I didn’t need it and would regret it, and to see what’re I was after my first surgery. He had the utmost integrity, and I can respect that! Especially in this business.

I had a very personal experience

My experience with Dr. Ferrari, and his staff, was really good. I had breast augmentation done. In other words, I had breast implants put in. Before surgery, my boobs measured in at a boyish 32/A. Now my cup size measures in at 34/D, a much more proportioned and more ladylike cup for me! Dr. Ferrari was very informative and gave me step by step, very detailed, procedure explanation. Dr. Ferrari's bedside manner was absolutely kind and caring. His nurses were great and real sweet. Not to mention, his financial coordinators made things very clear and simple. I did however have some unexpected soreness and discomfort, that certainly lasted longer than we had initially discussed. It wasn't predictable discomfort, so of course that wasn't Dr. Ferrari's negligence by any means. In fact, the following weeks of pain (which dwindled down to mild soreness), he was very attentive to me. Dr. Ferrari himself made my next few appointments, insisting on seeing me everyday until he gave me, and I showed some relief. Even then he wanted to see me every two days. Then every three days and so on until I was pain free and 98% comfortable. Every time I went in for a check with him, he made sure to talk with my dad also. My dad was my driver) and Dr. Ferrari gave all prescriptions, and oral directions as well, to my dad. I felt like Dr. Ferrari and his staff fully concentrated on me and my discomfort levels from the time I woke up from surgery, all the way through the rough few weeks following surgery, in which he did not hesitate to write me numerous but necessary prescriptions for pain medication, to my full, pain-free, Happy and Excited, New and Fun, full recovery.

$11,000Breast Lift with Implants

scarolinagirl81

35 Yrs Old, 1 Child

Looking to have fuller, lifted breasts. Nursed my son for 2 yrs and now my breasts are deflated and saggy. I'll be having a full anchor lift with silicone augmentation in May. Even before my soname my breasts were saggy some. I have ranged from a EE all the way down to a 34 C at my smallest. I'm hoping for around a 34D as my final result. Updated on 11 Apr 2017: Well I have 2 weeks til pre-op and I'm getting nervous. I'm really trying hard to decide on what to do. I know I have to have a full anchor lift, but I'm undecided on silicone vs saline and over vs under. My surgeon suggested silicone and over the muscle, but I'm concerned with the implants putting strain on my incisions. I'm also worried about a silent rupture and mammograms being more difficult. I know I don't want to go big in cc's because I have large dd's now, just very droopy. Any advice ladies? Updated on 25 Apr 2017: Had my preop appt today. So much information to absorb. It's finally becoming a reality that surgery is less than 2 weeks away. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. The nurse I saw today was wonderful. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about everything. I don't know the exact size yet. Some where between 325cc and 400cc. I told her for the doctor to decide what he thinks is best for the results I want. Updated on 8 May 2017: I'm on the other side! Yay! Pain is no where near as I imagined. I'll update when I'm less drugged. Updated on 8 May 2017: So far so good. The pain has been minimal. Surgery went great. I'm so impressed by how wonderful Dr Ferrari and his staff are with everything. His nurse are so sweet and his anesthesiologist is one of the best I've ever met. She explained everything and comforted me. I feel like I've known his staff for a long time. When I first arrived they had me change and do a pregnancy test. After that she took my vitals and got my if hooked up. I had to answer a free more questions and then in was time to get marked up. We discussed size again. I opted for smaller than originally planned. I'm already a small D so I was worried if be too big. After that they wheeled me into the surgical room and I don't remember much after that til I was waking up. Rode home was a little over 45 mins. I was pretty good til the last bit and got nauseous. Didn't quite make it in the house before I got sick on my stomach. I ate some Melba Toast and some sprite which helped. Then took my meds. So far pain is about a 3 max. Waves of nausea come and go. I just ate some chicken noodle soup and have been dozing off and on. The ace wrap I have on is very comfortable. I also got some cheap comfy pajamas that button down. Post op is tomorrow. So maybe I'll get a peak. Updated on 9 May 2017: Went to my post op today. Everything looks great. I'm so happy with the results this far. I got to see my favorite nurse. She's a sweetheart. I can't say enough good things about this office. I'm still taking arnica and I think it really helps. My bruising isn't that bad. I don't go back for a month unless there's an issue. Pain is a little stronger tonight, but I think all the surgical meds have worn off. Plus the drive there and back was a little rough. I do have the sloshing noise in my boobs. That's so weird to hear. I know it's normal from being on this site and reading what you other ladies have experienced. I'll try and get some pics up tomorrow. Updated on 10 May 2017: Took some pics this morning. Lots of bruising and soreness today. Updated on 15 May 2017: So today marks my one week post surgery. I'm feeling more like myself again. I'm just sore on the bottom incisions and having some odd pains here and there. One thing that I've had is mid back pain and rib soreness. I can't recall anyone else saying they have had that. Hope it's normal. I'm still very pleased with my results. They seem to get better each day. They aren't as tight and swollen now. I came off all pain meds before the weekend. Bruising has also gotten way better. The constipation thing is a pain. That is getting better. I'm completely over sleeping on my back too. I'd still say it's worth the surgery. Updated on 23 May 2017: Well it's been a little over 2 weeks since surgery. Everything seems to be going well. I still have my steri strips on. Some are peeling off. I can feel some lumpy sling underneath them. I assume that's normal from what I've read. My skin started peeling on the tops of my breasts almost like I was sunburnt. I feel these odd pains randomly and my skin feels like needles are picking me. Mostly in the mornings. I started my massage therapy and that makes them feel better. I get the morning boob thing now. I didn't understand it til I felt it. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks and I'm looking forward to that. Hopefully I will get a good report. I feel like everything is ok. I went back to work yesterday. It's been a little bit of a struggle because I run out of energy. I'm ready to feel normal again. The recovery, so far, has been better than I thought it would be. Updated on 28 May 2017: My Steri-strips came off today. I was excited to see what was underneath. I'm very happy with how well my incisions have healed already. I do have some thick scarring on the bottom incision. I'm about to start my scar therapy. I still get these random shots of pain, but now I'm just uncomfortable. Still having morning boob. I've figured out if I do my massages before I get out of bed it helps. My nipples are very sensitive now. They weren't sensitive before surgery so thats been a big change to adjust to. I'm ready to get back to the gym and feel normal again. I tried on one of my bras from before surgery and I'm still the same size so I'm happy about that. I really didn't want to be larger, just perky and full. I hope they don't change to much from what they are now. Updated on 28 May 2017: This is crazy the difference seeing them side by side. I'm so happy! Updated on 14 Jun 2017: Everything seems to be healing great. Still a little twinge of pain every now and then. The scars are fading nicely. Sometimes they burn if I run too hard when doing my massages. I'm using Bio Oil in the scars. I went to my one month post op last week and he was happy with my healing. Still not allowed to work out. I feel like I've gained so much weight, but I know I haven't. I love yoga and it's been hard not being able to practice. Hopefully I can start back in one more week.

44 Year Old Mother of 3 Looking Forward to my Tummy Tuck Surgery - Charlotte, NC

I am 44 years old with 3 children and an amazing husband I have been wanting to have a tummy tuck for 10 years. I finally decided to just do it! I wish I didn't have to wait until December but my Doctor was book out through November. I plan on documenting my journey from the beginning to the end. I am hoping my story will help others who are considering having this surgery feel comforted knowing they are not alone. Updated on 14 Oct 2016: I dropped off my FMLA paperwork today at my Doctors office and suddenly it became real that I was actually going to be rid of the bulge. I am really getting nervous now. If I feel like this now I can't imagine how I am going to feel after my pre-op appointment in November. I've had surgery before and I am very confident in my Doctor but I can't shake these array of feelings. Is this normal? Updated on 21 Nov 2016: I'm wondering if it is normal to be this nervous before surgery. I have had surgeries before but I don't remember feeling this much anxiety. I have my pre-op appointment tomorrow. I am hoping my PP will be able to ease my worries. The crazy thing is, I'm not nervous about recovery (which I really should be). I am nervous about the surgery and the length of the procedure which is estimated at 5 hours. I can say that this site has been a life saver! I find myself feeling better when I read about all of the positive results but the minute I stop the nervousness kicks back in. Is this normal? Is anyone else feeling this way? Updated on 29 Nov 2016: I had my pre-op appointment last week. I received all of my prescriptions. I was advised to start a vitamin regimen (Ester Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and a Multi Vitamin from a plant source). I had to purchase the vitamins from a natural foods health store. During the pre-op appointment I signed all of the consent forms and basically went over what to expect on the day of and after the surgery. After reading numerous reviews from his site I didn't feel like I learned anything new except she told me the lipo incisions will leak for a little while. She advised me to put old sheets on the bed so that they don't get ruined. She also said some people place maxi pads over the lipo incisions to aid with the fluid leakage. I think I am ready just really nervous with only 6 days to go! Updated on 4 Dec 2016: I am ready! I have my overnight bag packed. I didn't pack much a rob, warm socks and a jumpsuit to wear home. Ohhh I almost forgot the most important item...my bikini bottom! My PS wants me to bring the bottom to make sure my incision is low enough not to be visible when wearing a bikini. Wow I can believe I am going to be able to wear a bikini! I will start my first dose of Arnica tonight. Arnica was prescribed to reduce bruising, swelling and soreness. My PS also recommended taking a stool softener today. My procedure is estimated to take 5 hours tomorrow. Well ladies here I go! I will post tomorrow as soon as I am awake and alert. To all of my December 5th surgery buddies good luck tomorrow! See you on the flat side! Updated on 6 Dec 2016: Well ladies I made it to the flat side on Monday. As you know I expressed concerns about being nervous I don't know why because it was a breeze. When I arrived my PS talk to me about the procedure and he began to mark me. Once I was marked the anesthesiologist came and went through a series of questions with me. . She gave me some happy medicine through my IV. The entire process probably took 30 minutes. Then they rolled my bed into the OR and told me they were giving me oxygen next thing I know I was waking up in recovery. It certainly did not feel like 5 hours. I had a sight issue with my bladder I was told it went sleep. I had to go back to the office so that they could give me a catheter to release some of the urine. I didn't go home with the catheter but I had to drink lots of water; which I did. I am just starting to go now. Shay a relief! My PS advised me not stay in my binder all night because it restricts the blood flow. My stomach looks different but there is a lot of swelling therefore I cant tel how flat it is. Also make sure you pack throat lozenges you will need them from the tube they stick down you throat. I will post some pics later I just took a pain med and I am getting sleepy. Updated on 8 Dec 2016: I went to see my PS today the nurse took out my pain pump. Everything seems to be healing fine so far. I have a lot swelling now, I now know why everyone calls it swell hell! At times I feel like I am going to bust open. My PS was concerned that I haven't had a bowl movement in 5 days. He told me it was critical that I had a bowel movement today. They gave me suggestions on things that I could do at home and also buy over the counter. I'm assuming his concern was that the additional expansion of my bowels could potentially mess up my muscle repair. I decided to buy magnesium citrate which is a liquid laxative and boy oh boy did I go and go and go...This might seem like TMI but I am telling you this because you don't want to mess up your repair or go through the extreme tightness I felt because of constipation. When I finally went my stomach instantly went down. I could breath and move around better. My pain level right now from a scale of 1 - 10 1 being no pain is a 1. Although I am still taking all of my pain medication on time and have not reduced them yet. I think I am going to only take one pill versus two to gage the pain tonight. The picture that I posted are before and after shots of my booty. I did not get a BBL but it sure does look like it. It seems to be much rounder. I did get lipo in my flanks. I am not ready to show my stomach yet because it is still very swollen. I will post some pics in a few days when the swelling goes down a little more. So far I love my results even with the swelling. Updated on 28 Dec 2016: Hello ladies! What a journey this has been. I am still very swollen but I can definitely see the results. Dr. Ferrari did an outstanding job. I can't wit to see what I am going to look like in three more weeks. Updated on 29 Dec 2016: Dr. Ferrari and his staff have been incredible. I will admit I am not the easiest patient. I ask tones of questions and am paranoid about everything. They have been available 24-7 to answer my questions. The picture I posted is 3 weeks post-op. The results thus far are beyond what I would have imagined. I did have some complications after surgery but agin having a double board certified surgeon available to support me was reassuring. Updated on 12 Jan 2017: What a journey this has been! Although my recovery was difficult the first 2 weeks, I finally feel like my old self again. The only thing I haven't tried to do is sleep on my stomach. Boy oh boy do I miss that! I have officially returned to work and my mommy duties. I have not been released to start working out yet. My lower back is still a little swollen from the lipo but it is not even close to the swell hell I experienced week 2. I didn't think I would be saying this but I love my binder! When I was measured and put it on for the first time at the doctors office. I was thinking no way, this is too tight! I cant keep this on 18 hours a day. I can honestly say it helps. I definitely feel more secure with it on. Updated on 12 Jan 2017: Updated on 23 Feb 2017: 3 months in and I feel great! Having this procedure was one of the best choices I could have made. Six months ago I would have never have been able to wear a crop top and skirt combination. For all of you that are sitting at home during the first couple of weeks questioning why in the hell did I do this! Please know you will recover and soon forget about the pain. Trust me I had soooo many regrets but it is totally worth it. Updated on 6 May 2017: I have no regrets. This was the best decision I ever made. Updated on 30 May 2017: I never ever thought I would be able to wear a bikini again. It felt great to be poolside and not be self conscious of my stomach. Updated on 8 Nov 2017: Updated on 12 Nov 2017: Updated on 26 Sep 2018: Prior to my surgery I can remember going through all of the emotions of being fearful doubtful and scared. I can remember thinking there’s no way I will ever be able to wear a two piece again. I could not have been more wrong! Surgery is nothing to take lightly and the recovery was difficult however, I would do it all over again in a second! Those feelings I experienced don’t compare to the self confidence and joy I have experienced since my surgery.

50 Year Old Mom - Happy to Be Rid of my Kangaroo Pouch from my C-sections - Charlotte, NC

Dr. Ferrari and his whole staff go above and beyond to be thorough! Dr. Ferrari has a very gentle spirit so he keeps you calm and is very patient when you 're asking questions - and believe me I had a lot. My recovery was a bit more than I expected due to both TT and Lipo and going back to work way to soon - but I'm so happy I did it -just wish I would have done it years ago! If you've had C-sections and have extra skin along with the inability to ever achieve a flat stomach no matter how much you work out - then go see him, he will take care of it and with excellence and care! Thank you to Dr. Ferrari and his whole staff from the Receptionist Melissa to the nurses, they are excellent at what they do!
