Everything seems to be healing great. Still a little twinge of pain every now and then. The scars are fading nicely. Sometimes they burn if I run too hard when doing my massages. I'm using Bio Oil in the scars. I went to my one month post op last week and he was happy with my healing. Still not allowed to work out. I feel like I've gained so much weight, but I know I haven't. I love yoga and it's been hard not being able to practice. Hopefully I can start back in one more week.

Hi!! You look amazing!! It feels so good to have confidence, huh?? Girl.....all the pains, zingers,,,tingling, morning boob,,,all of it is normal. Im 4 months post op,,,and I still have zingers,,,and pain in my areolas. My nipples hurt so bad,,,but I'm happy about that. They were numb at the beginning...now I have feeling in both. Its a journey of sensations as your breasts, and skin try to figure out how to heal around the implants. Just go with the flow,,,and your boobs get better, and better as they heal. You look great, and I'm so happy for you. Keep us posted on your progress. :) Happy Healing!!!

Thank you! Sometimes when I lean over I get these weird pains like a muscle spasm. I wonder if that's the implant moving around? Did you experience that? I bet you can't wait til your revision. Hopefully it will be a quicker recovery than the first surgery.

Yes. I will be honest, when I lean forward, it still feels weird to me. Im hoping I get use to it one day. Everytime I bend over, Im aware of my implants. I cant wait for my revision. I just want to get it done, so I can get on with healing. :)

Ok good that makes me feel better. I was worried something was wrong because it only does it in one breast. I'm sure you are ready to move forward and get in with everything.

My Steri-strips came off today. I was excited to see what was underneath. I'm very happy with how well my incisions have healed already. I do have some thick scarring on the bottom incision. I'm about to start my scar therapy. I still get these random shots of pain, but now I'm just uncomfortable. Still having morning boob. I've figured out if I do my massages before I get out of bed it helps. My nipples are very sensitive now. They weren't sensitive before surgery so thats been a big change to adjust to. I'm ready to get back to the gym and feel normal again. I tried on one of my bras from before surgery and I'm still the same size so I'm happy about that. I really didn't want to be larger, just perky and full. I hope they don't change to much from what they are now.
