I had a neck lift on May 1st. I reviewed Dr. Quatela extensively, because let’s face it, your face is the first thing people see. The staff was phenomenal. Dr. Q is soft spoken, sweet, and he KNOWS what he’s doing. I would never consider going anywhere else. I look in the mirror now, and I’m happy and grateful. It changed my life!

Dr Quatela was amazing, kind, thorough and overall excellent at what he does. I wouldn’t let anyone touch my eyes but Dr Quatela and his team . His reputation is stellar and I also have friends who are prior clients / patients who also had great results. I no longer look as tired. I inherited the hooded eyes from my mom and I feel so much better now.

I had an upper and lower blephoplasty with fat transfer performed by Dr. Quatela and am 3 months post op and thrilled with my results. It’s exactly what I wanted. The staff have been amazing and Dr. Quatela is definitely the best and it’s been a great experience all around.

Dr. Quatela is extremely talented and has excellent bedside manner. He not only listened to exactly what I was looking for he helped me figure out from his expertise what would best achieve my desired results. Some of the other practices I looked at really didn’t give me the same reassurance that they knew what looked good and how to get those results- too many decisions in terms of procedure specifics were left up to me. Dr. Quatela strikes the perfect balance, he has so much experience he really knows what’s going to suit your frame and he gives you all of your options but most importantly what he recommends. You’re going to want to trust his instincts, make no mistake he has a reputation for being one of the best if not the best in Rochester. I had no qualms quite literally trusting him with my life. I couldn’t be happier with my results and I’m only 2 months out of a 6 month healing process.

Having a facelift is a very personal and emotional journey. I didn’t have any other consults I knew where I wanted to go. Being a Nurse and Esthetician I had some insight in that area seeing his work first hand and hearing his client’s stories. Meeting with Brooke was the first step.She is just wonderful. Knowledgeable and professional she helped navigate the next step and kept up with my progress along the way. When I met with Dr Quatela I found him to be kind and confident. I never felt rushed. He listened to my concerns, explained how he would address them and made a few suggestions. He made me feel at ease, as did his staff. We decided on a lower FL, NL, Temporal lift brow, and perioral dermabrasion.OR is in the same beautiful meticulously restored estate, and the Staff there is wonderful as well, they stayed with me the entire time. Several follow up appointment were scheduled for after surgery to monitor my recovery closely, all included in the cost. I can tell you I never felt alone in this. Dr Quatela and his staff, thoroughly monitored me, to assure the best possible results. When little issues came up, they were addressed. Lauren Larsen, ANP-C also followed my post op closely.She was very reassuring knowledgeable, and Kind. I am so grateful that I was able to have my procedure done by Dr. Quatela, and to be cared for by his wonderful staff. The personal attention and commitment to excellence is just beyond what was expected. 8 months later, and I am so happy with the results. I feel like the outside matches the inside now.

I had an extremely good experience. I’m a 24 year old male who had my hump removed. Dr. Quatela is a master at his craft. Care credit was easy to set up and I highly recommend you pay a little more to have him do the operation. Please please PLEASE just go with him over any other plastic surgeon or wait a little longer to save if money is tight. Everything about this place is great I have no negative things to say. I was very nervous and worried of the results but everything’s that Dr. Quatela said would happen happened. He even does a nonprofit where he fixes cleft palettes for kids in poor countries. He’s also trained so many doctors and has over 30 years of experience. The staff also does a great job of calming your fears. Changed my life.

Dr Quatela was incredible I had a rhinoplasty done by another doctor and it was botched badly and his revision made it look damn near perfect. It was like somebody molded a perfect nose and just put it on my face. I also can breathe out of both nostrils which I couldn’t before the surgery. He is a perfectionist as am I people told me I would never be happy with my nose and they were wrong because of his greatness! If you’re not happy he keep following up with you until you are totally satisfied, it was worth every penny!

I have been thinking about changing the shape of my nose for years, but keep putting it off due to the fear of not finding the right plastic surgeon who can understand my ethnicity and the result I desired. I found the Quatela Center online and decided to give it a try based on their reputations. I am very impressed with the result. Dr. Quatela did a wonderful job with my nose and listening to what result I was searching for. Dr. Quatela and all of his staff are very professional and polite. I had an outstanding experience at the Quatela Center. I definitely recommend it.
