Dr. Steven Pearlman did a revision rhinoplasty in May of 2023. I no longer was happy with my first rhinoplasty. I felt that my nose was very pinched looking and not symmetrical. Dr. Steven Pearlman was recommended to me by a friend for a revision. I went in for a consultation, and I immediately knew I wanted to use him for my revision rhinoplasty. I was so happy with the outcome. My nose looks perfect. It is symmetrical and it no longer has that pinched look. He did a rib graft to reconstruct my tip. I am so happy and I would recommend Dr. Pearlman to anyone that’s looking for a an initial rhinoplasty or a revision.

We met with three NYC-based top double board certified facial plastic surgeons for my 18 year old son’s rhinoplasty. This was a big deal for us. We weren’t quite comfortable with the first two surgeons that we met, and it wasn’t until our appointment with Dr. Pearlman that we felt we found the right doctor for the job! It was important for us to find a surgeon who has significant experience with male rhinoplasty, and creates natural looking noses. Dr. Pearlman nailed it! He gave our son the nose that he should have been born with. It’s perfect and we’re all thrilled. The entire process was easy and the recovery period was short. The team is welcoming and accommodating (Stefanie and Shikha are the best!) The office is beautiful and calming, and his surgery suite is state of the art. I highly recommend Dr P!

I consulted with three plastic surgeons in NYC for a rhinoplasty, and chose Dr Pearlman after seeing not just the before and after photos of his patients on his website but also a much larger collection of patient photos viewable at his office. I liked that the noses he'd done looked natural and suited each person's face, more so than other surgeons' whose photos I looked at. When I had my consultation, Dr Pearlman used imaging software to show me what my nose would look like after surgery, and indeed the results were quite similar. I'm strikingly pleased overall. It was expensive, but worthwhile.

I saw Dr. Pearlman to have my lips reduced after silicone injections many years ago. The silicone settled in the corners and looked terrible, unnatural. From my research, this repair is notoriously difficult - its not as simple "remove the silicone", and great care needs to be taken to ensure the result is not worse than the starting point. Dr. Pearlman was wonderful. His knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable moving forward with the procedure. We agreed to take a conservative approach - do the reduction in a few separate, smaller procedures. That way we could be certain of the results, and not risk making the problem worse. The results have been fantastic. Everyone has noticed how much more natural my lips look, and commented on it. I couldn't possibly be happier with the outcome. The staff and environment are amazing, I recommend Dr. Pearlman to everyone. 10 out of 10

Many years ago, around 1982, I had a rhinoplasy done. It was a beautifully done nose at the time. Problem was it started to collapse. The bridge collapsed, the tip turned upwards and looking at photos I could see this remarkable change- I started to look like Miss Piggie, or Nanette Fabray. And the final straw was one morning I noticed I could not breathe normally through the right nostril. Dr Pearlman had to completely rebuild my nose, using 6 or more grafts. There was little to no bridge and there was no cartilage in the tip! And unfortunately, my nose did not cooperate, cartilage has memory and it did not remain straight. Dr Pearlman stuck it through, waited for my nose to "ripen" enough to go back in there and revise the entire affair. I am so impressed by his loyalty to his patients. This was a very long process and not once was Dr P dismissive or rude. As well, his staff reflects his committment to getting it right, regardless of how much time and effort is required. He has the best staff in NewYork City I am convinced. I would not hesitate sending a friend or family member for a consultation.

I went to Dr. Pearlman's to close my gauged ears (00g). He and his staff were very professional and friendly. The office and facilities were clean. Dr. Pearlman was very attentive to any questions I had and knowledgable in customizing a plan for me. His expertise and skill as a surgeon meant a smooth surgery with quick recovery. The surgery site began healing and disappearing shortly after removing the stitches, and within 5 months, my earlobes looked good as new, with no visible scarring. I would highly recommend him and his team for all your aesthetic needs!

Had a great experience with Dr. Pearlman and his team for an Otoplasty. From the initial consultation I felt comfortable that he had the experience to do a good job and both him and his staff were helpful in answering my questions. The procedure went great and was quite easy, just local anesthesia and valium during, and the recovery went smoothly as well. All in all very happy with my choice of Dr. Pearlman and the overall experience and outcome.

Dec 2022, I had revision rhinoplasty; prior to selecting Dr. Pearlman, I had interviewed 4 other surgeons in NYC & Los Angeles; From meeting Stephanie, to Dr. Pearlman, to pre and post surgery staff; I know I made the right choice. My surgery was very difficult and challenging, Dr. Pearlman had to rebuilt my nose from two other Rhinoplasty and injections in my nose! The midline was completely off and the right side nostril turned up. This surgery was long and complicated, from the start of the surgical staff and his magic, I couldn't be happier with my new nose. I highly recommend Dr. Pearlman. He's extremely experienced and a true expert, particularly at Septo-Rhinoplasty. My results are exactly what I wanted - my breathing has really improved and my nose looks amazing, but still very natural. I'm so happy with the results, and am only 2 months out, so technically still a bit swollen, but I can't even tell. The process was seamless and the office staff was excellent every step of the way. Recovery was also pretty easy. The worst part for me personally was recovering from anesthesia for the first 1-2 days, and the stuffiness for the first 5-7 days (which is 100% normal). I had zero pain, and didn't need pain killers at all...just normal discomfort for the first week or so, which is unavoidable with a cast on your face. I felt amazing once the cast was off and am soooo happy with the results. Can't recommend Dr. Pearlman enough.

Dr. Pearlman and his entire practice are incredible providers that treat all their patients with the best knowledge and utmost kindness possible. I first came to Dr. Pearlman when I was in my freshman year of college looking to fix my deviated septum and a large bump on my nose. From the start, Dr. Pearlman listened to my wants whole heartedly and provide a smooth surgery process. The bonus- the healing was nothing like people typically describe! With Dr. Pearlman's expert guidance with pre and post operative care, I had minimal bruising and swelling, and was feeling almost completely normal one day post op! I recently returned to Dr. Pearlman looking for a slight revision on my nose because I wasn't completely happy with how it looked. Once again, Dr. Pearlman made sure I was heard and now 4 months post op, I am thrilled with my appearance. Again, the recovery was seamless and I am so grateful for the care and attention I received from everyone at the practice!
