Perfect Results

I saw Dr. Pearlman to have my lips reduced after silicone injections many years ago. The silicone settled in the corners and looked terrible, unnatural. From my research, this repair is notoriously difficult - its not as simple "remove the silicone", and great care needs to be taken to ensure the result is not worse than the starting point.

Dr. Pearlman was wonderful. His knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable moving forward with the procedure. We agreed to take a conservative approach - do the reduction in a few separate, smaller procedures. That way we could be certain of the results, and not risk making the problem worse.

The results have been fantastic. Everyone has noticed how much more natural my lips look, and commented on it. I couldn't possibly be happier with the outcome.
