I had the best Halo/BBL treatment with Christine Ross this winter. I have had other laser treatments before and had done research on Halo in advance and found Christine to be so knowledgeable in my consult that I knew I was in great hands. I found the pre-laser protocol highly effective and WOW am I impressed with this post laser glow! I have been skipping foundation for weeks, which is a first! The treatment itself was great, and as painless as possible between the cold air wand, numbing and laughing gas. The post-care instructions were comprehensive and so helpful. Everyone I worked with at the practice was so accommodating and responsive (shoutout to Diep for being so helpful!) I will definitely be returning for future treatments.

I had my breast lift and implants done on August 20th with Dr Bassiri-Tehrani at Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery and the entire experience was genuinely phenomenal. At first I was convinced I wanted a fat transfer, but he took the time to break everything down and explain why the look and projection I wanted would only be achieved with implants. He went through every implant option, answered every single question I had, and even set up an additional consultation just so I felt completely confident. The morning of surgery he went over my surgical plan again and took his time marking everything with so much precision. I never had surgery before and his patience, professionalism, and overall kindness made me feel so at ease. Surgery was smooth and he didn’t rush a thing and it absolutely shows in my results. They say he’s known for his approach to stitching and my scars are already *chefs kiss* and they aren’t even fully healed! Recovery was shockingly easy. I barely had any pain and didn’t need narcotics at all. I followed all his post op instructions, including the tape routine, and my incisions healed beautifully. I just passed my 4 month post op and I am beyond happy!! For years I struggled with how my breasts looked and it affected me more than I ever admitted. I avoided certain clothes and honestly cried over it more times than I can count. Now I finally feel confident, comfortable, and like myself again. At age 68, I had a facelift and lip lift with Dr. Pearlman. I was most concerned about the lip lift- I was not looking for “big puffy lips” - just a little enhancement as my top lift had lost all volume. The facelift was also very natural; my friends say “you look like you.” Dr. Pearlman and his staff are excellent. Stefanie, the patient care coordinator was extremely helpful and all the nurses were excellent.

I am in my late 20's and recently started to notice some hollowing under my eyes. Dr. Bassiri recommended PRF gel to my under eyes and microneedling treatment to my whole face. So far I love my results and the under eye area looks so natural. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking high-quality care. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. BTT after an unfortunate first experience with another doctor. My initial procedure left me with swelling, pain, and noticeable scarring — and I saw little to no results. When I came to Dr. BTT for my revision, everything changed. He took his time, used a thinner cannula, and paid incredible attention to every detail to ensure my results were smooth and even. Despite the challenges of working over scar tissue from my previous surgery, he did a phenomenal job. I was up and moving the very next day, and to my surprise, there was zero bruising — truly, none. The incision points healed beautifully, and the scarring from the first procedure is completely gone. I couldn’t be more thankful for his precision, care, and expertise. If you’re considering any kind of revision work or are nervous after a bad experience like mine, I can’t recommend Dr. BTT enough. He completely restored my confidence.

Dr. Brian Bassiri Tehrani or Dr. BBT is an exceptional plastic surgeon! I went to him with concerns of my breast. I was no longer happy with the way my breast looked. I lost confidence and was wearing lots of push-up. I went to him for a consultation and immediately I knew he was the person that I wanted for my breast augmentation. He listened to my needs. He analyzed my breast and we decided on the best size to fit my body. He made me feel very comfortable And I was excited for my surgery. I had my surgery on December 18, 2024. I was happy that day but nervous as well. Dr. BBT did everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. When I woke up and went home, I was immediately happy with my results right after surgery. The weeks following the surgery were easy and recovery was seamless. Dr. BBT followed up to make sure I was OK. I just had my second postop and I could not be any more happier with my results. My breast augmentation looks amazing. It fits my body and I would recommend him to anyone for your operative needs. He’s amazing at his craft! Dr. Steven Pearlman did a revision rhinoplasty in May of 2023. I no longer was happy with my first rhinoplasty. I felt that my nose was very pinched looking and not symmetrical. Dr. Steven Pearlman was recommended to me by a friend for a revision. I went in for a consultation, and I immediately knew I wanted to use him for my revision rhinoplasty. I was so happy with the outcome. My nose looks perfect. It is symmetrical and it no longer has that pinched look. He did a rib graft to reconstruct my tip. I am so happy and I would recommend Dr. Pearlman to anyone that’s looking for a an initial rhinoplasty or a revision.
